Beautiful home on the canal! Perfect place for our family! The owner was very responsive and very helpful. Cape Coral was a great place to spend vacation and this home is close to everything you would want to do in the area!

Location and setting was great with easy access, easy check, easy communication with host and good facilities.Would have been straight 5’s across the board had we not experienced some technical issues along the way (door locks, pool filtration cutting out intermittently and a broken bed issue). All in all a great villa, location, facilities and host support. Once above issues resolved would be 5 stars

The pool was great once the heater was turned on. It was off when we arrived, water was just 60 degrees. We notified management, it was turned on after the weekend and usable after 5 days.The property was lacking an exterior fence for our dog.

The location of the home is beautiful. The home is beautiful. We did had some issues upon arrival, which were addressed with the property manager and remedied as best as they could be. Jeremy is a wonderful property manager who is available whenever you need him. It would have been nice for the items to have been addressed before we arrived, as it was Christmas time and we were having company.

Quiet respite from the cold

The lot size was quite large and provided a lot of privacy. Enjoyed watching the activity on the canal. Neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay. Accommodations and location were wonderful. We have been to Cape Coral several times and this was by far our best trip. We tried two new places Rumrunners and the Lobster lady. The kids fished from the dock at night and we loved the pool! Honestly hope to be back!

Great home, great location. Owner was great to work with. Would not hesitate to return and to recommend it to others. Our stay was a pleasant change from the from the hustle and bustle of Miami.

Our family of 7 enjoyed stay here in Cape Coral. The house was plenty big for my husband and I as well as our three young children and their grandparents. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday swimming in the pool, lounging by the beach and fishing off the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and provided some holiday cheer as we walked in the evening looking at the Christmas lights. One of the highlights was the little burrowing owls all around the neighborhood! My kids loved counting how many they could spot each night. There was also a nice (new) park within a mile from the house.

The house was nice. Communication with host was easy. Pool pump didn't work when we first got there. He sent his pool guy a day or so later. He got it to work for 1 day. Pool got nasty quick. I let host know that day and never had anyone come back out to fix. One reason we got this house was for the pool. Highly disappointed we could only use for 1 day. The toilet and drain to a shower wasn't working properly. He called his guy he came over to fix a o but 3 days later. The door in the kitchen. Going out to the lanai would not completely shut ans would not lock. Not nice to know someone could come in with ease. Let the host know about that day 1 and was never fixed. Also when we pulled in we saw the house was for sale. Didnt like the idea that someone could want to look at the house while we had it reserved. Just alot of little things that didn't make the experience as nice as it could've been. The pool issue by far was the worst.
