Looking to relax near the water? This home is comfortably set up with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom and main area, and tile-style floors to keep guests comfortable - to say nothing of the luxurious private pool! Relax on the back dock, or launch a kayak for a relaxing paddle around the area. Come inside and relax amid the stylish beachy decor. The open kitchen's design (complete with full-size appliances and a French door refrigerator) makes it so everyone can cook and chat together. Beach towels, pool noodles, and floats are provided so guests can have extra fun in the water. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves in this lovely home.

Just 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach, guests can quickly transfer from relaxing in the pool to relaxing at the shore! If kayaking and exploration are your things, you'll be able to rent your own from Gulf Coast Kayak, 11 miles away. The local waterways can be a wonderful playground to explore! Guests looking for a delicious introduction to the area will enjoy Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, just under seven miles from the home.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no pool cage or screen enclosure; this is an open backyard.
Pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for a three-day minimum and an additional fee.
The owner's car is in the garage.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
