This gorgeous waterfront vacation home offers guests the ultimate in a Florida getaway. Every visitor is welcomed into a large open living space with unique wood paneled ceilings and skylights. The open living area seamlessly flows out to the screened in lanai where guests will find the electric heated pool/spa, outdoor shower, and newly refurbished dock overlooking the extra wide gulf access canal.

Step outside onto the screened in pool deck to experience the perfect combination of tranquility and bliss. The gorgeous pool with attached spa adds another stunning amenity including gulf access views. The pool and spa give an unobstructed view of the canal with its spacious and open design.

The large master bedroom offers a comfy king bed, 2 queen air mattresses if needed, spacious closet, and TV with expanded cable package. The en suite master bathroom comes complete with dual vanities and walkin shower. Enjoy the peaceful views of the private garden from the soaking tub.

2 more bedrooms and a guest bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. Every guest bedroom also features large king size beds, Roku TVs and ceiling fans. This home can sleep up to 6 adults. Please make sure to add the accurate number of guests at time of reservation.

The custom gourmet kitchen has waterfall granite countertops, comes fully stocked for any of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee at the attached breakfast bar or relax at the dining table with seating for 6.

Settle in and relax with your loved ones on the living room sofa while watching the national sports games on the huge 85" flat screen cable TV or enjoy a game of billiards next to the indoor wet bar. Complimentary high speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

As the sun goes down, fire up the BBQ grill, hang out with friends and family in the outside dining area that seats 10 or enjoy your favorite show on the outdoor TV. Our guests also enjoy cozying up on one of the chaise loungers while taking in the beautiful canal views.

We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
