House Rules (Please Review Carefully)
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors -
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided and do not discard cigarette butts in the yard, driveway, pool, or toilets.
Dog-Friendly (Up to 2 Dogs Allowed)
1. Maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs
2. Dogs must remain off beds and furniture
3. Dogs must be crated when left unattended (crates are provided)
No dogs allowed in the pool
No Events, Parties, or Large Gatherings
Primary Guest Must Be 25+ to Book
A valid photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No Food or Drinks in the Pool
To help prevent contamination and minimize cleaning requirements.
Keep Doors and Windows Closed When A/C or Heat is On
Maximum Occupancy
10 guests, as originally booked.
Maximum Pets
2 dogs (per the pet policy above)
Rule Violations
Violation of any house rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

Safety Disclaimer
Your safety is our top priority. However, please note:
Use of the pool, kayaks, canal systems, and bicycles is at your own risk.
Children and pets must never be left unattended, especially near water.
A removable pool safety gate is available in the garage.
Life jackets and bike helmets are provided and strongly recommended.
Interaction with Guests
While we are not available in person, we partner with a team of local property management specialists who are available should any questions or concerns arise during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire premises for themselves and will be given a 4-digit number, unique to the guests, to enter the premises on check-in day.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a fantastic location near many shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We have several bikes on the property, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful family bike ride through the neighborhood or to one of the very near local establishments like/ Publix, Wawa, Target, Lowe's, Five Guys, bakeries, McDonalds, Burger King, Tropic Smoothie, Dunkin Donuts and much more!
We have driveway parking that allows space for several vehicles, and there is plenty of street parking on the street. Sorry, we do not allow parking in our garage.
