Welcome to Shamrock Lakes Retreat! Get away from the stressors of reality and escape to this luxury Cape Coral vacation home. Located on a quiet street and along the open water of Shamrock Lake, you will create memories for a lifetime with family and friends. Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has western exposure so you can enjoy exceptional sunset views right from your private heated saltwater pool and lanai.

The Space:
You can stay at home (nearly 2000 sq. ft. to spread out in) and hang by the amazing pool with your favorite book, play foosball, work a puzzle, or venture out to one of the beaches or nearby shopping and restaurants.
The master bedroom is situated on the left side of the property with a smart tv, and private bath. It has direct access to the pool and covered lanai. The two queen bedrooms, on the right side of the home, share a bathroom, which also has pool access. All the bedrooms have ample closet space with hangers and ceiling fans to circulate the air.
Both living room and family room have smart TV’s, with comfortable seating in both. The large family room has pool view and access.
The lanai is a fabulous space equipped with patio furniture and an expandable table with chairs. Enjoy relaxing in the heated saltwater pool. Pool towels are provided. You can throw burgers on the gas grill, grab a game or a deck of cards and you have a backyard family gathering to enjoy the marvelous sunset!
And don’t forget you can grab a kayak and lifejacket and head out on the lake. Exploring the canals can take you many miles!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything part of the home and all amenities outside next to the lake.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in Cape Coral and 10 minutes away from the bridge to downtown Fort Myers and in the center to all major beaches in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island.

Getting Around:
It’s best to get around a car. But you can ride your bicycles to places.

Other Things to Note:
There are no parties at this home and only guests that book are allowed in home. If someone wants to come visit please contact the host first.
No smoking and no type of animals are allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Airbnb host is just is a few miles away and will answer all text or calls.
