Pristine Waterfront Villa in Cape Coral with Lagoon Style Pool Spa and Boat Lift

Summary:

This stunning villa is located in a fantastic enclave in South East Cape Coral known as Bimini Basin, known for proximity to shopping, fantastic restaurants, and quick access to beaches and all Southwest Florida has to offer. Situated directly on a corner canal with panoramic views of the waterway, this is surely one of the best rental locations in all of Cape Coral. Featuring five gorgeous bedrooms and three bathrooms, the property is capable of sleeping 12 guests, and is pet friendly for those guests with small to medium sized dogs (no large dogs or cats allowed).



The Space:

This property is split across two floors, the bottom floor featuring one bedroom, an office, a large living room, kitchen, dining room, and garage. The top floor features a large second living room with en-suite patio, and four additional bedrooms. The backyard features an oversized infinity pool with integrated spa, boat dock with lift, and kayaks. There is also a large ground floor patio that features a built in sink basin, refrigerator, and BBQ grill perfect for preparing meals outdoors when the weather is perfect. Pet fee of $100 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note this property does not include cable, but rather includes high speed internet and Smart TVs synced with Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, and more (must provide your own account info).

Guests will find the oversized infinity pool with integrated spa and island, foosball, poker/billiard table, expansive screened patio with refrigerator and BBQ grill, large dock with boat lift, bikes, and two kayaks to provide ample fun for the whole family!



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in an area known as Bimini Basin, in South East Cape Coral. It is one of the most highly desired areas in all of Cape Coral!

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood & not far from the 'strip' & Ft. Myers bridge.The modern kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of equipment & dishes.The beds were comfortable and clean.The bathrooms were stocked with starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tp, hair dryers & plenty of towels (including towels for the pool and beach). We appreciated the washer & dryer and didn't have to haul a lot of dirty clothes home.The various rooms allowed plenty of space for our family of ten. However, we didn't spend much time indoors.We enjoyed the lanai and the kids especially enjoyed the pool and pools toys (floats) located in the garage.The hot tub was enjoyed as well but be sure to allow the necessary time (1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours) for the tub to heat up. We all wish the rock formation had worked adding to the beauty of the home.The additional kayaks and bikes included with the home added adventure to our stay! Being from Michigan we also appreciated the large green lizard greeting us at the front entrance. Apparently he/she lives in the white columns on the porch and will eventually poke his/her head out to say hello! The box turtle nesting in the yard next door also added to our Florida adventure, along with all the tiny lizards scurrying around the yard. The house has a nice layout but could use some tender loving care and minor maintenance.The landscaping also could use attention. All in all we had a great stay & enjoyed our vacation very much!

Amazing week!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and as described! The pool was amazing and the kayaks were fun to use on the canal. It great to be able to use the boat lift for the boat we rented for the week. We highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay

Had a great time at the house. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. We came for our daughter's graduation - a perfect place for a peaceful getaway in between the graduation festivities. The spa was wonderful and the sunrise views were amazing. Great location. Property manager was quick to respond to an issue with the ceiling.

The house had everything needed for a family of eight. If you go in the winter months keep in mind that it takes 2 days for the pool water to warm up. Great location. Close to everything!

Family Wedding

We came for 6 days and the house was perfect. Something for all age ranges. Pool and outside area was great and very comfortable for a large group. Kayaks were fun as they were both doubles. Full kitchen, but bring your own garbage bags and washing machine detergent if staying a longer time. Downstairs bath was not cleaned upon arrival but an easy wipe down was all that was needed.

Family Beach Trip

This house was absolutely perfect! The pool area was so beautiful and it was right on the canal. It was so quite & peaceful there. House had 5 bedrooms and everything in it you could possibly ask for! We loved it so much we even extended our stay 1 extra night. Hated to leave and will definitely come back in the future!

Great Multi Family Property

This property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We were there with our daughter and four under age 5 grandchildren and the house and pool were perfect. We have been renting houses in this area for several years and are always cautious about the house measuring up to the pictures and description and in this case it definitely hit the mark. We had some questions in the first few days and they were responded to and addressed immediately. We would recommend this property to any extended family groups looking for a comfortable base to enjoy.

We had a great time! House is big. Plenty of room for 12 of us. Pool was great with plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies for all of us. We cooked pretty much every meal. It was clean and we had enough towels and toilet paper. thanks for letting us stay there.

Great Family Vacation

Spent a week at this beautiful home with my family of 5, along with my sister in law and her two kids. Could not have asked for a better stay! House was perfect and the pool area was awesome! Communication with the property management team was great. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property - not everything great!

This is a beautiful rental home, the pool is wonderful, the home is spacious and it was great for 4 sisters and their husbands coming together from across the U.S. and spending a week celebrating being "Family" We were surprised that the house did have some significant drawbacks. 1. Although the rental contract that was signed clearly stated that the check-in time was 3:00pm, we were notified the day before our arrival that the check in time was 4:00pm and could not be altered! 2. In our welcome email we were told that: "Parking is in the driveway in front or underneath the house". There is no parking "under the house"!! 3. Have never rented a large and beautiful home for a week and been told at check in that "the home would be supplied with a starter supply of: garbage bags [2], dishwasher soap [2], washing machine soap [2], paper towels [1 roll], 2 ounces of dishwashing soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom." 4. On our first evening we were all shocked to find that all of us in the house had very dirty feet from walking barefoot in the house - the floors were dirty so we learned to not walk barfoot in the house if we wanted to have clean feet. 5. The refrigerator door water and ice dispenser didn't work - to get ice we had to open the freeaer door and reach deep down into the high mounted ice maker and dig for ice by hand. Would have appreciated ice trays instead. 6. The light over the stove didn't work, the kitchen island outlet did not work. 7. Kitchen cupboards were a mess - dishes and pots and pans were mixed up throughout all of the upper and lower cupboards - finding 8 plates and cups for dinner was an adventure of having to hunt through all of the cupboards. There were also no wine glasses of any kind to be found. Because we actually enjoy cooking most of the items were in much better order when we left that they were when we arrived. 8. There was no information given to us about Trash Pick Up Day. We checked in on a Friday and when we went to place trash from the house into the outside trash bins on Sunday we found that they were already overflowing - there was no more room for the additional trash of our first two days of our 7 day renal! We then moved the overflowing trash bins to the curb and fortunately they were emptied by the trash service on Monday morning. We then moved the trash bins back to the side of the house and continued to place trash in them throughout the week. Disapointed!

Fabulous Home

This property fit the needs of our multi-generational group perfectly! It offered a wonderful entertaining kitchen as well as gathering places! The pool was a big hit for all ages! Would love to return someday!!
