TIME OUT INN Cape Coral. Waterfront, Heated Pool, Southwest Sunsets

Magnificent waterfront home with southwest facing private pool providing picturesque sunsets on the huge, covered lanai. Home is centrally located for endless dining and entertainment options. It has been professionally appointed with luxurious furniture and finishes. Your private dock is equipped with a ten-thousand-pound boat lift. Just a short ten-minute trip to the river gives you access to amazing beaches on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers by boat. Both locations are less than 20 minutes by car.

The 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room has a huge 75" smart television with Dish T.V. offering 120 channels or stream your favorite shows on your own Netflix or Amazon accounts. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Owners have spared no expense in stocking kitchen with cookware and dinnerware as well as coffee maker, toaster and blender.

From the living room make your way out the 20-foot sliding patio doors to the huge, covered lanai and heated private pool with sun deck. The lanai offers amazing sunsets and outdoor dining. Pool area is equipped with firepit and Weber Grill for enjoying your own private paradise. Pool has its own beautiful half bath for your convenience. Pool floats and beach towels are provided for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with walk in closet and your own private bath with huge walk-in shower. A private entrance gives you easy access to pool area and lanai. Master suite has its own 60" smart television with Dish T.V.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with large closet and 50" smart television.

Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with large closet and a 42" smart television.

Bedroom 4 has a full-size bed with walk in closet and a 42" smart television. From this room you have private access to the pool area and covered lanai.

Hair dryers and extra towels and washcloths are provided in both full baths as well as an iron and ironing board,

You can park your rental car in the spacious garage. Eight beach chairs along with two coolers and two fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment

Excellent Gulf Coast Property

My family just spent 11 days in this perfect property. From the cleanliness of the home and property to the proximity to down town Cape Coral and nightlife and restaurants, its was and excellent location. We brought our own boat with us and were able to boat right from the back yard of the property to the waterway that accesses the Gulf. Just a short 25 minute boat ride from the house out to the main waterway. The home had all amenities that we needed, was very clean, comfortable, comfortable beds and very well decorated. Having the heated pool was perfect after days of boating. The owner was great to deal with and was very accessible throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone!!! We will be back

2 months in paradise

We rented this property for February and March 2024. This is a super property! The home is immaculate. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. It has all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the lovely pool which we were in almost everyday. We used the firepit to make "smores". I even caught a snook off the dock in the canal at back. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was a truely splendid time in Cape Coral.

Very cute place. EXCELLENT communication with property owner

Everything about our stay far exceeded my expectations. Jason was an awesome/ gracious host. Very accommodating and responsive to every little detail/ question/ request. The only two issues we had, which are completely out of control, was that weather did not cooperate. It was a bit cooler than expected, but still warmer than MN weather. We still made the best of it. And two, since the hurricane, there is still a lot of businesses being repaired, restored, reopened, which made it kind of hard to plan accordingly. This property is super cute and clean, but you likely have to drive to do anything touristy…like FMB, Naples, etc. We decided to Uber to/ from FMB twice, so we made it work. We had a group of 5, 19-49 year olds and 7 16-49 year olds for a few days, but we never felt cramped or like we ran out of room. The table top fire pit and pool got used a lot during our stay! I’d highly recommend this property.

Just short of paradise

We spent the month of January; Jason the owner made us feel very welcome. The home has everything you need plus extras. The heated pool and Lani was where we spent most of our time. Home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We love Cape Coral so much that we purchased a home. We rented a boat and kept it at the house. Boat lift was great, only 12 minutes to the river. Thank you Jason for being such a wonderful host!!

Great vacay at Cape Coral

I would definitely stay here again. The property was great. All the supplies needed to cook, hang out at pool, or go to beach are there. I personally got real sick (blood clot in leg) during our stay. The ER experience was top notch and I was able to prop my legs up on auto recliner sofa as part of my rehab. Property owner was in constant communications and very helpful and caring.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and extremely clean! Also beautifully decorated. Kitchen has everything needed! Loved that beach towels were provided! Beds were comfortable! Lanai was perfect for hanging outside - especially for the evenings it rained. The host, Jason, is great! So great that he even shipped some belongings back to us that we forgot! Super easy to communicate with! We will be back for sure!!! Thank you Jason! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! Rochester, NY

Beautiful home, great host

Three friends and I rented this property for a much anticipated girls trip! The house was exactly what we were looking for offering a nice pool, great outdoor space, and four separate bedrooms each with their own tv and ceiling fan. The pictures associated with the listing were a true match to what was offered and the property was clean. The host, Jason, was terrific to rent from as he was very communicative, helpful, and genuinely wants his guests to be happy and comfortable. My friends and I had a great trip and would certainly stay at this property again if we return to the area.

Great spot

Beautiful and spacious property with 4 comfortable bedrooms. Very clean. Large and amazing pool which was heated! Easy check in. Owner was very responsive and even helped us make dinner plans. Would definitely book again!
