Terra Cove is a 2019-built, 2,009 sq ft gulf-access pool home in southwest Cape Coral - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 7. Twelve-foot ceilings and 9-foot sliding glass doors open the living space onto a heated saltwater pool under a new screen cage, with an outdoor kitchen, fire table and lounge seating. Out back, a new dock and 7,000 lb boat lift (handles a 22-23 ft boat) put you on the water with access to the Gulf.



The Space:

Twelve-foot ceilings with accent lighting, 9-foot sliding glass doors and wood-look floors run through a bright, open single-level home, with central air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout.

🔹 The pool faces north, so the lanai enjoys bright but gentle light through the day, with welcome afternoon shade from the house that keeps it comfortable even on the hottest Florida days. Come evening, the sun sets off to the west, and the sky lights up in soft pinks and golds, especially in the summer months when it sets further to the northwest.

Guest Access:

The whole house is yours: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and the laundry room.



Outside, the heated pool, covered lanai with outdoor kitchen, fire table, dock and boat lift are for your exclusive use.



Guests may use the garage, and there's room for 3 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street. Boat trailers and RVs can't be accommodated.



One closet in the primary suite is kept locked for the owner's belongings.

Terra Cove sits on a quiet residential canal street in southwest Cape Coral, one of the city's established waterfront neighborhoods, where most homes back onto the canal network and the Gulf is a boat ride away.

Bring your boat: the dock and 7,000 lb lift (handles a 22-23 ft boat) are yours during your stay, with gulf access through the canals (bridges on the route, so check your clearance).

🔹 One dog under 30 lbs welcome - $150 pet fee per stay

🔹 Please keep the A/C at 70°F or above

🔹 Park in the driveway only - no street parking

🔹 Pool service visits weekly on Mondays, and lawn service weekly, so you may see them in the yard

🔹 Bins go out to the curb Monday night for Tuesday pickup

🔹 Canal and pool on property - please supervise children around the water
