    La nostra Villa Palm Islanda è una delle più belle e più esclusive zone residenziali nel sud-ovest Cape Coral, circondato da canali, a pochi minuti dai porti turistici del Capo Harbor, Tarpon Point e le belle spiagge di sabbia di Cape Coral e Fort Myers Beach.

    La nostra casa è stata completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato. Dal momento che usiamo anche la nostra casa regolarmente in sé, l'arredamento è molto alta qualità e dispone di tutti i comfort per l'occupazione fino a 6 persone (6 adulti e un bambino in una culla).

    La grande cucina aperta è stata dotata di un nuovo piano in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di alta qualità (piano cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie).

    La grande piscina riscaldata e la grande terrazza della nostra villa Palm Islanda sono esposte a sud. Così si può godere il sole tutto il giorno.

    Per la sicurezza dei nostri piccoli ospiti, una recinzione di sicurezza può essere costruito. Questo impedisce che i bambini inavvertitamente entrano nella zona della piscina.

    Durante il loro soggiorno, offriamo ai nostri ospiti internet gratuito (W-LAN), telefono (all'interno di USA e Canada), un dispositivo di navigazione e 5 cicli (2 x bambini, 3 x adulti) sono disponibili. Per i nostri ospiti più piccoli mettiamo a disposizione della sede di bicicletta per bambini liberi a disposizione.

    La posizione esclusiva e tranquilla della nostra villa e il suo arredamento lussuoso ma accogliente è ideale per una vacanza indimenticabile e rilassante in Florida.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Palm Island. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm. Auf Nachfragen haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen.

Great home. Well appointed and clean. The pool was great. Nice and very quiet neighborhood. Location is close to plenty of good restaurants to choose from for dining. Also close to a grocery store which made it easy to pick upfood for our stay.

Excellent Stay!

We loved our stay. The communication between us and Anke/Sven was nothing short of first class. The pool was perfect for us and the kids and we definitely hope to be back! Thank you Anke/Sven for being such classy hosts!

Awesome Florida vacation 😎

The house was amazing! Everything was really perfect! Anke & Sven really thought of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The provided bicycles are a nice touch as well so you can take a nice ride around the neighborhood. A nice little peace of paradise.

Pelican Cape Coral

We’ve been vacationing in this area for over 30 years. First time we’ve been required to sweep the house, lanai and garage! We are senior citizens with mobility problems so this was difficult.The enclosed pool is nice but there is a serious gnat problem. Most days the surface of the water is covered with them. There is no skimmer at the house so you either avoid the pool or come out with gnats on your skin, suit and hair.Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. House is well appointed and clean although the lovely soaker tub in master bath has no water pressure so filling it to enjoy a soak is out of the question.The no shoes on carpets was annoying but understandable. But my husband ended up in urgent care with a case of tendinitis from walking in the house with out shoes.Owners are easy to reach and prompt in replying.

Ein Traum !! Wir kommen wieder

Bei der Ankunft am Mittwoch abends kamen wir ziemlich fertig im Haus an. Der Code für die Türe klappte sofort und auch das Wifi war sofort zur Verfügung. Licht brannte bereits und die Klimaanlage lief. Im Kühlschrank begrüsste man uns sofort mit einem Bud und alkoholfreien Getränken. Am nächsten Tag dank Jetlag um 4 Uhr früh gleich mal das Haus inspiziert. Ein absoluter Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Einziges Manko (und da sind alle amerikanischen Häuser gleich :)) sind die willkürlich angeordneten Lichtschalter von denen wahrscheinlich sogar die Besitzer nicht 100%ig wissen wofür die sind :) Handsender für die Garage (Achtung, Ford Expedition ist von der Höhe her kritisch ;) also besser nicht) und Navi lagen an der Küchentheke zur freien Verfügung. Wlan Verbindung ist superschnell. Küchengeräte als auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind Up to Date. Fernseherempfang 1A (falls man es brauchen sollte ;)) Pooltemperatur war angenehm und Wasser war perfekt. Ist übrigens ein Salzwasserpool, also auch bei Kleinkindern kein Problem (Thema Swimmers Ear). Der Hausverwalter kam wie ausgemacht am nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr und erklärte uns nochmals alles. Lief alles perfekt und supernett ! Publix und Starbucks bzw. Dunkin Donuts sind etwa 4 Meilen entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen ziemlich viele Sheriffs und Police Officers, man fühlt sich also nochmal einen Tick sicherer. Keine Durchzugsstrasse, absolut leise. Übernächstes Jahr sind wir wieder da,....mit Kindern und evtl. Schwiegereltern....außer meine Frau genehmigt mir noch einen Männerurlaub ;) Ich kann das Haus aufgrund des perfekten Kontakts mit den Vermietern und des absoluten Top Domizils uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great Pool

The home has a great layout. The kids loved the pool. The home was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bikes provided were a great luxury. Biking through the area is safe and bike paths are clearly marked. It was a great place to relax.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Sven and Anke's home in Cape Coral. The home was very clean and that made it comfortable for us. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and we had everything we needed within the home. Plus - we were so close to so many different beaches - yet out of the tourist section of town. And the best part is that the property manager was kind and Sven was so accomodating and communicative. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay

The only issue we had with our stay is the additional electric charge and the rules regarding the use of towels. It’s similar to when you book a plane ticket and have to pay for a seat. I would recommend having the cost of the stay that will include all charges. Having the pool warm on the day of arrival would be nice also.

Villa island vaca

The rental was very easy however the host had difficulty receiving the rental agreement all the way up until the day of check in. However we had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave. Overall great experience.

Relaxing

House and pool were amazing. It was such a relaxing vacation. Neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was friendly. The local restaurants had great food and atmosphere. Would definitely go again!

The house was gorgeous! It was so clean and had anything you could ever need there. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. We felt safe. The owners were very thorough and great with communication! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Great place to stay

Beautiful immaculate home with everything you would ever need. Wonderful heated pool. It was a great location for us. Communication with the owner or manager was answered quickly. It’s a very nice and safe neighborhood. I went for early morning walks every day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

Clean and comfortable

Place was great, just as shown in pictures. Everything needed was provided and the pool was wonderful. Neighborhood is very nice and very safe. Enjoyed walks and bike rides in the area.

Fantastic Home, Perfect Location

The property owner was absolutely fantastic and immediately available for questions. The location is perfect for access to Sanibel, Captiva and Ft Myers without the craziness of the city. You will love the warm pool and indoor/outdoor living. 10/10 experience. Will return as soon as possible.
