**Important Boat Information:**



For safety and liability reasons, the boat must be handed over by a qualified captain, who will provide an in-person orientation and familiarize guests with the boat and its operation.



A **mandatory one-time captain handover fee of $150, payable directly to the captain in cash on-site**, is required and is not included in the accommodation rate.

Fuel is not included. Renters are responsible for fuel costs and must return the boat with the same fuel level as at pickup.



Boat operation is subject to applicable boating laws, operator qualifications, and safety requirements.
