Villa Margarita - 4 Bedroom w/ Beautiful Lake View and Gulf Access!

Villa Margarita is a totally remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a den converted into a fourth bedroom, and is the perfect size for family vacations. The 2,229 sq. ft. home is located on one of the eight lakes and the views are stunning. The home offers enough room for the whole family while still feeling inviting and warm with the beach theme decor carried throughout the home. Savor the pleasure of watching the boat traffic from your very own deck or the lanai with the electric heated pool and spa while enjoying your favorite beverage and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

The master suite features a king size bed and large flat screen TV. The master bath features a double vanity, a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. There are two guest bedrooms and converted den. The first features a queen size bed in the converted den, the second features full size bunkbeds, and the third features two full size beds. The guest rooms share a second full bath with a shower/tub combination. A third full bath is out on the lanai for easy access from the pool. It is brand new with shower.

The living room features a comfortable seating area and a large flat-screen HD TV. Open the triple sliders to bring the outdoors in while watching your favorite movie or sports team.

The fully equipped open kitchen has all necessary appliances to prepare dishes for the entire family or even a group of party guests. The large pocket sliders allow the family to enjoy the views while cooking or enjoying a meal.

The lanai is accessible through sliding glass doors from the master bedroom, the living room and the kitchen/dinging area. The lanai offers a dining area and a sitting area with enough room for the whole family to enjoy the outside living area. This house features a sun deck down at the lake for bathing in the warm Florida sun. Enjoy our Florida lifestyle!

We are open to small well trained dogs but please do not instant book as we do need the owners approval first. Send an inquiry with the breed and size and we will get you approval before you book!

Everything was wonderful, however, the beds were a bit soft for us along with not supplying enough essential's such as toilet paper and trash bags for a week long stay of 4 adults.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich, wie ein zweites Zuhause. Die Küche ist der Mittelpunkt des Hauses und herausragend. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Lanai sind toll und wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Der Blick auf den See und Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Fort Myers Beach, Naples oder Marco Island. Auch der Causeway nach Sanibel Island ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren schon oft in Southwest Florida und dieses Haus ist eines der besten, die wir je gemietet haben.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Margarita! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock out back and caught a variety of fish. We saw a dolphin on our last morning. The house was well stocked and made cooking at home all week very easy. The views made every evening peaceful whether it was under the lanai or out at the dock. Bonus was the amount of beach gear! There are so many places to shop, eat, and explore nearby. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!

Beautiful spot! Very clean. View was amazing. Property Mgr dismissed us when we told her that the pool in the hot tub will not working. Pool maintenance came over and said absolutely. This is not working and it was obvious to us, but she didn’t believe us overall great day.

Such an awesome week

My family and I had the best time. What a cozy coastal home. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. I loved having my coffee in the morning watching my son fish and my daughters in the pool! Sanibel is about an 35 min drive, best shells I have ever found. Mr Ice guy was so yummy for a cool treat at the end of the day. I love how there were things at the house I didn’t have to buy. Most rentals we find you have to literally get everything in this house had a few items waiting for you which was so convenient like trash bags a couple paper towels to get you started some Zip loc bags. Anything and everything you could need to take to the beach was provided, coolers beach chairs goggles. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay and family time!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful home and lots to do nearby. Great dinner at Pinchers. Great gelato and shops at Cape Harbor. Great pizza from Overtime. The garage had umbrellas and chairs to bring to the beach. This is the perfect home with everything you need for a relaxing get away.

Great EsCAPE

We have been coming to Cape Coral for six years, renting different properties in the area. This house if definitely one of the best. The location is near great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The western exposure provides great sunsets over the lake. Our family really enjoyed the wonderful pool and lanai. And I can’t say enough about Jill the property manager who was so gracious and accessible to our every needs. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a fun filled vacation. Thanks for the memories.

Pelican gem

This property was perfect for us, and had it not been for hurricanes Helene and Milton, this would have been a 5/5 in every way. The home is incredibly well supplied for a variety of activities, comfortable, and the lake side outdoor space is amazing. Close to every amenity, and yet you felt very private. The contact and ease of communicating with the property manager was spot on, and she was incredibly responsive.

Can’t say enough about this property one word describes it perfect!! The moment we walked in & saw the lake view with the sun was amazing. They have thought of every detail from plenty of pool/beach towels to all beach equipment. And everything you need to cook meals but we only did this once we’re on vacation we went out to dinner we did cook breakfast & they have multiple coffee machines. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for when the sun starts to set it does get really hot inside two of the sliding doors with only shear curtains this would help cool the house & one door had no covering. But don’t that that deter you! House was spotless & perfect location.I could go on and on about the sunsets 🌅 Can’t wait to book again!! Also check in with property manager was great as well she was so pleasant to deal with.

Awesome!!

This was such a perfect spot for my family. My wife and 2 dtrs enjoyed our stay and will be back. Space was very open feeling and we loved the layout. Our 17 month old just recently started walking so that was a big help! The pool was great with the view! Owner book suggested a visit to a resort called Tween water on Captiva island which ended up awesome. You can basically buy an access card to their pool and beach access for a day. Really great trip all around and we apologize for the little hands all over the sliding glass doors. 😉

Great house!

Loved the house and location. Great views of the lake and sunsets out back. Great layout for large family, lots of space for everyone. House was clean and beds were comfortable all around. Would recommend and would stay again!

One Week in June

We booked this because of the amazing lake view and it was even better in person. The property manager responded immediately on an issue and it was very clean and organized when we arrived. The location is close to the lowest bridge to ft Myers which makes it the most convenient in Cape Coral.

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at “Margarita Villa”. The home was clean and just like the pictures. The view of the lake was amazing. We enjoyed going to local stores, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely be back

Spring Break 23

House was perfect for all of us to find our happy spots. Pool, hot tub, waterside, shady seats -- all used. Sunsets were great and walked daily to Rotary Park for fun or weekend activities. Area and house are still being rebuilt from Hurricane, but it didn't hamper us much (one nearby restaurant was still closed). Recommended!

Spring Break 2023

Our stay at Villa Margarita was the perfect, quiet getaway for a low key Spring Break. The property was recently renovated inside with a beautiful interior. Everyday we had the sliding patio doors open so we could enjoy the lanais, pool, and hot tub. Every evening we got to enjoy watching the sunset from the lanais with a cocktail. VM is very close to Ft. Myers Beach which was open with some restaurants and shops open. I highly recommend this property that comes with a top notch property manager that is available for any needs the property may require. Cheers,
