This designer villa is an architectural masterpiece unlike anything else and offers luxury on a high level. Enjoy your vacation in this home with modern amenities in a unique design and the magnificent location with view on the canal in south-west Cape Coral.

Sophisticated, timeless European design with attention to details.
A large chef's dream kitchen opens to the spacious living room with walls of glass. The open floor plan seamlessly blends luxury indoor & outdoor living. Impact sliders open to the spacious pool area with beautiful saltwater pool & spa (incl. pool automation system), sunshelf with bubbler and sheer decent waterfalls.

For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker) in the house and outside so you can listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist.

Enjoy the summer kitchen with built-in BBQ-grill with your family and friends. The designer home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study, 3-car-garage and is located on the 120 ft wide Skyline Canal.

A highlight of this villa is the huge sundeck over the water, where you can relax and enjoy a couple drinks.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

The first-class location of Villa Perfection should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

This Villa IS 100% Perfection!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property & the management. The home is stunning, clean, and high end everything! The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The decor is beautiful, the beds comfortable, linens soft. The lanai and pool area are equally as stunning. Such a great place to vacation! Cannot wait to return!!!

Beautiful property with great amenities. Property manager Patricia was right on time for check out and extremely helpful. We have stayed in many Cape Coral properties over the years but this definitely the best.

Perfection!

This was a great property with everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with many items such as spices and plenty of dishes/utensils, as well as trash bags, coffee makers (3 types), toaster, blender, etc. There were also plenty of towels provided, as well as toilet paper and other basic essentials that we appreciated not having to purchase for our trip. The pool, dock and outdoor area & grill were lovely. We rented a boat as well, which was great, though I will caution that someone without a lot of boating experience may have a hard time pulling into the boat dock depending on the size of the boat, as it is a tight fit/difficult angle to get the boat into. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would recommend it!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Property was beautiful. Deck was a wonderful place to sit in the morning. There are two kayaks available for use that my kids loved. The on site manager Patricia was a pleasure to work with. Hated to leave but hope to be back soon!

Immaculate & Beautiful Villa

This is an absolutely new stunning home with very top end amenities! Extremely clean, beautiful location on canal & best dock to sit out on to enjoy sunrises, sunsets & watching fish jump. It was lovely to have an outdoor space outside the screened in pool area to enjoy. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking necessities with high end appliances, dishes & cutlery. Essential items were provided (toilet paper, towels, cleaning & laundry products, storage & garbage bags, etc) which was very much appreciated! Any questions or issues were handled immediately. We also rented a boat thru villa & had a great experience with drop off & pick up service along with the very informative orientation of boat & area. This villa is also within walking distance to shopping/restaurants area & grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend it!

Absolute Perfection

We had the best vacation in this stunning home. It has everything you need and more. Beautiful furnishings, super comfortable beds + so many amazing extras included! The pool area was fantastic & easy to use and the dock is perfect for fishing and sunset watching. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in Cape Coral. This house is Amazing!!! Incredibly clean, well stocked, high end appliances...I could go on and on!! The pool/spa was heated, easy to run and beautiful. Greats views of the canal and an Amazing dock to fish off or just enjoy the beautiful sunset. We definitely plan to visit this home again!
