For guests who need to do some work while on vacation or simply seek peace and quiet, a separate office space is available – bright, comfortable, and equipped with a desk. This allows for the perfect combination of work and vacation.

The villa features three elegant bedrooms, each with king-size beds, ample closet space, and TV. A particularly convenient feature: two bedrooms and one bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool area. This means the day literally begins with a step outside – perfect for enjoying your first coffee overlooking the water or jumping straight into the pool.

The outdoor area is the heart of the villa. The west-facing terrace guarantees sunshine until the evening, as well as spectacular sunsets that bathe the sky in vibrant colors. The pool is electrically heated and operates with a saltwater system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It's essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. Whether it's a refreshing swim during the day or romantic moments under the stars – this is where memories are created that will last. In the lounge area, with a cozy BBQ on the modern grill, or a round of cornhole, you can enjoy life to the fullest.

For music fans, we've installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
