Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished there was some sort of non-slip element added; but all in all this home is amazing and I would highly recommend to stay here. You won't be disappointed!!

Everything was awesome. The floors were a little slippery because the pool towels didn't absorb water well. Not a big deal but something to note. Kitchen had all basics. House was clean, beautiful, comfortable and we had a great time there.

Perfect getaway

Great place to stay with or without kids pool area is amazing. Great house open floor plan bedrooms are big and beds are very comfortable. All around the place is a 10 and i would recommend to anyone. Owners are very quick to respond and very easy to deal with. We will be back

Spring Break with Family

We had a wonderful stay in this exquisite home. Kids age 10 & 7 loved the heated pool & hot tub. We could swim anytime of the day, and the view of the lake plus dock is awesome. We didn’t end up using the kayaks, but those are nice and include life vests. The pool table & pass thru window from the kitchen are fun. Also, there is plenty of room to sit at the patio table or relax on the gliding sofas. Here is a list of all the items I didn’t need to bring- because this home has it all: pool floats & air pump, laundry detergent, blue tooth speaker, soft blankets, coffee, paper towels, beach umbrella & pool towels. The location was excellent, just seconds to Cape Coral Parkway, but quiet and peaceful along the lake. Our excursions included a boat cruise to North Captiva, viewing dolphins, with a stop on the beach at Cayo Costa, beach day at Fort Myers, two trips to Sanibel for shells, gifts, and the best ice cream at Wickies. We would recommend Sanibel on the weekends, as the construction traffic is far less. If the kids weren’t so content with the outdoor space at the house, we may have tried an Everglades or manatee tour. 10/10 would recommend this home to anyone with kids. Two families can comfortably fit this space with two bathrooms and lots of closet space. Our host assured us a lovely stay, and they delivered!
