Located on one of the widest canals in Southwest Cape, Water's Edge Retreat is close to downtown Cape Coral, the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Fort Myers and just a short drive to the gulf beaches. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay, including modern amenities, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and more.

*Bedroom 2: Canal themed room comfortably designed with a queen bed and dedicated workspace.

*Bedroom 3: Third spacious bedroom providing a queen bed and amazing views of the pool and canal.

*Bedroom 4: Aquatic themed room with a queen bed.



BATHROOMS:

*2 full bathrooms that are all complete with plush towels; luxury toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, location; hair dryer, toilet paper, Q-tips, among others!

*Our Public Goods toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, are thoughtfully provided. These non-toxic and natural products are crafted from premium, plant-based ingredients, scented with aromatherapeutic essential oils, and are vegan and cruelty-free. We understand that you prefer not to carry your toiletries while traveling, so we offer ones that you'll genuinely appreciate using during your vacation!

*Bathroom 1: Primary bathroom (ensuite to primary bedroom) includes walk-in shower, private toilet room and dual sinks.

Guest Access:

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.



The Neighborhood:

Water’s Edge Retreat is located in a residential neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. It is a quiet family neighborhood close to many of Cape Coral’s best restaurants and attractions!!



Getting Around:

Most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. You can easily drive and park at attractions throughout the city.

We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (17.3 miles) or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida) (28.6 miles), if possible.



Other Things to Note:

There is not a safety fence around the pool, dock or canal. There is direct access to the pool from many doors in the house. There is direct access to the canal - no life guard on duty.

There are two exterior cameras. Security cameras are installed throughout the property for safety and monitoring purposes. Please note that some cameras may also record audio. By staying on the premises, you acknowledge and consent to both video and audio recording in these areas.
