  • This home is new to us and so is everything in it. From the silverware to the furniture, everything is brand new in 2023! Even the paint! Ian tossed us for a spin but we are cleaned up and have had several renters staying post Ian. We even have a brand new Pool cage installed with picture screens allowing for amazing sunset views!! The pool was just resurfaced and new tile installed as well post Ian. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the heated pool (FREE June through September. Otherwise, $25 extra per day) or pool deck of this 4 bed, 3 bath Home located on a cul-de-sac in highly desired South West Cape Coral, FL. Fish from the private dock, Kayak or paddle board from your back yard! Everything you need or want to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding water we have thought of and supplied with this rental.

    We also have Fiber internet should you need to get any work done while on vacation, we have you covered there too! Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath with plenty of space! The unique design of the Master allows guests to close off the bedroom and leave the bathroom and closet area open for others to use or double doors will close it all off allowing for a huge master suite. Guest room 1 has a King bed. Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with its own 1/4 bath (shared with pool) making it a secondary suite. The final bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a walk-in shower and open to living areas. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances and granite counter tops.

    This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.

    We are committed to promptly responding to rental requests to assure your first choice of dates. All arrangements can be made for check-in in less than 48 hours with our convenient keyless entry. Then pack your bags and prepare to enjoy your relaxing visit to our home.

This house was perfect for us. We had 5 adults & 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub the most. Catching the sunsets & night fishing was also a favorite. All we had to do was buy food. Nothing else was needed. Even had a few things for the beach just in case you forget things. Communication was 10/10, the house was very clean and we had a wonderful stay. Cape coral was a beautiful area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house was extremely well appointed, pool and spa area were clean and everything worked well including the heat. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and beach towels, extra blankets, fans. The owner was very reponsive to the two questions I had during the stay. Overall, this was a great experience!

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was super clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, which made settling in so easy.The location was perfect—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you might need while on vacation.The dock was hands down a favorite spot for us. It was set up perfectly for fishing, and the kids spent most of their time out there making memories.We also loved having access to the kayaks and paddle boards—cruising through the canals was such a fun and relaxing experience.The pool was another highlight, especially with all the pool toys available. It made it even more enjoyable for both kids and adults. Plus, having beach gear ready to grab and go was a huge bonus!Overall, this is a great house in a great neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home is very spacious. We had 7 in our party and everyone was comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It is about 6 feet deep in the middle so younger kids might need floating. Our girls are decent swimmers but we would not leave them unattended. Spa worked really well. We rented a boat so we used the dock. Its about a 40 minute cruise to get out of the canals from the house. Location is close to shopping. I think the value for what you get is good. We prepared a lot of meals there and had everything we needed. The markings on the stove dials were worn off so you had to guess how high you had the burners on. Not a big deal. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean. Had a nice supply of towels available. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

We stayed at this house for my husband’s baseball tournament, and I turned it into a little work vacation — it was perfect! The house was amazing, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for both work and play. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hot tub and pool were such a treat after long days at the ballpark.It was peaceful, relaxing, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway spot!

We stayed in for our June vacation & could not have asked for a better place. We have little children and they go overboard to accommodate the little. Board games, child locks, kids plates/cutlery. There was also 3 kayaks, and two paddle boards so everyone could enjoy paddling around in the canal. The spa has great bubblers & heat. Also - it seems traditional that past guest leave unopened or useable seasonings, vegetable oil, etc little things like that around the kitchen that really help out when you’re going to make you’re grocery runs for your stay. This place is perfect, if you’re looking just book it. Fort myers - be prepared to have funds allocated for parking, it can add up if you’re unprepared. Other then that, it’s paradise ‘round there. We ate ate Iguana Mias (9/10) no waitDixie Fish Co (10/10) - 45 min wait Pinchers - Fort Meyers (10/10) Bella Mozzerella (9/10)2000 Flavors ice cream (10/10)Host is very accommodating and responsive to messages as well should you need them.

We had a family of 10 staying and it was a great property for all of us to enjoy time together with the pool, kayaks and games. It’s close to town and also private and quiet neighborhood. Great place!

We loved everything about this home. It had everything we needed. We've stayed in other rentals but nothing comes close to this property. Will definitely call Kevin when in need of a rental on the future.
