  • Grande casa per le vacanze in una proprietà molto bella con rilassanti viste sul canale che si intersecano a SW Cape Coral.
    Venite e godetevi il piano aperto con romantico camino a gas, grande piscina riscaldata con un centro termale elettrico riscaldato. Dock disponibile per il tuo piacere in barca nel Golfo del Messico. Grill barbecue a gas. WIFI incluso. TV via cavo situata in soggiorno e una camera da letto. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori centrali a soffitto e ad aria. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, caffettiera, tostapane, stoviglie, bicchieri, pentole, padelle, lenzuola e asciugamani, tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per le tue vacanze. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king in stile europeo. La seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Visita le nostre spiagge di sabbia bianca come Cape Coral Beach, Sanibel o Fort Myers Beach o alcuni dei nostri ristoranti locali con ottimi piatti di pesce e pasta.

Great place

Listing was spot on. Great location on the canal, pool was awesome, home was very clean with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Auch wenn bei Ankunft der Pool kalt war und die Stadt uns einen halben Tag das Wasser abgestellt hatte, haben wir diesen Urlaub so sehr genossen. Würden immer wieder bei Fewo buchen.

Senior Trip

We found the house very clean upon arrival, beautiful views and the pool was very enjoyable. The hot tub jets were very forceful causing the water to go out and us having to add more in with the hose. The master bed was very hard and hurt our backs but other than that the house was great. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to navigate our way around town quite quickly. Caroline was quick to respond when we had questions, would definitely stay again

Spring Break 2025

Our stay was very nice. The canal is beautiful. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. There is a small bug issue in the house. Seen them on the bar area in the kitchen, and the spare bathroom counter. Also no Bluetooth speaker for the pool area. That would have been nice to be able to Bluetooth to the speakers in that area.Communication with the host was very quick.Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely stay again

Beautiful house with great views. Pool and hot tub were great. The property manager was responsive to the only issue we had and worked to remedy the situation the same day. Only improvement is that the master bed could use a new mattress.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful- loved waking up to the canal view every morning. We made great use of the hot tub every night, little to cool for the pool. The only problem we had was with the wifi- it was spotty in some of the bedrooms. Location was great for us- we were about 30-60 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

Paradise in Cape Coral

Fantastic home and environment with all the necessary amenities. My grandson’s enjoyed the pool area everyday. We had the very best time possible. Only negative was I couldn’t bring my dog a teddy bear breed of 10 pounds. I would like to come again in the near future. Thanks to all for you lovely home.

Administration war top

Wegen des Hurrican Ian konnten wir nicht nach Cape Coral reisen. Auch dank Caroline konnten wir trotzdem viele sommerliche Tage im Sunshine State verbringen und unsere Ferien geniessen. Das Objekt können wir nicht bewerten, weil wir es nicht gesehen haben.

1st time in Florida!

Overall, the house and pool were good, with a beautiful view of the canal! The layout of the house was excellent with plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool area was probably the best featured area! I do feel the property is starting to show its age though and the pictures no longer give an accurate representation of the current house condition; for instance, there are only 3 chairs at the inside kitchen table and they’re sort of beat up-not sure where the 4th chair went, the carpet had some stains, there was only one oar for the 2 person kayak… but honestly, none of these things were deal breakers. It was in a nice location with a quiet neighborhood.

Great value family vacation!

You get a lot for your money here! There's tons of space to either all hang out together or have a little time to yourself. Living room couch and TV are more practical than comfortable, but that's not what we were there to do. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in as much (or little) as you want. Appreciated basic spices and other supplies were available as well as coffee / filters. Large, clean grill on the patio was great for a cookout. It's a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle of the touristy area, but 20-30 minutes from multiple beaches and attractions and even closer to shops and restaurants. The garage was stocked with everything we needed to spend the day at home in the pool or playing on the beach. Managers were quick to respond to questions and issues. It's not the most updated or fancy; some minor repairs could go a long way (sticky sliding doors, some lights/fans not working), but for our family it was more than we expected at a great price. We definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Overall Okay

Overall, the house was decent, but there were bugs all over the house including ants crawling all over the bathroom sink countertop, water bugs, and huge spiders. The sliding door in the living room & master bedroom were not able to be opened. Some of the towels smelled mildewy. There were several things that weren’t functioning properly in the house including a couple of the outlets and the hot tub not heating up. The pool was not filtering correctly resulting in a dirty pool and the pool light didn’t work. The house was not extremely dirty to the naked eye but not the cleanest. It was a beautiful view and we loved having the pool. The property manager responded promptly. The house did have some nice accommodations such as lawn chairs, pool noodles, beach umbrella, beach towels. There were just some inconvenient things that were very frustrating especially for the price that was paid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed staying in this rental for a quick trip to Florida. The house was very clean and the pool area is the highlight of the home. My son was able to fish which he loved. They were stocked was most the necessity we needed. The view is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. There were some things in the home that were broken and it always makes me nervous- bathroom door off it hinges, broken panels on blinds, ect. The only true thing that was disappointing is that they said they had beach chairs and all three in the garage were very broken and rusty. Most homes we have stayed at that we go to the beach have some type of moveable chairs. Many toys in the garage were broken - all the kick boards cracked. Also, by the last day the pool was getting pretty gross and if you are staying longer than 4ish days the pool needs to be cleaned. The host was really friendly and let us check in early. All and all it was a great home for our family.

Key To Paradise

The house was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed the pool and watching the canal traffic. The kitchen had everything that we could have possibly needed during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Family Vacation June 2022

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location to see boaters, kayakers, and jumping fish along with beautiful sunrise/sunsets. The home is a little older, but overall is well decorated with bright colors which I liked. The washer and dryer worked well and was very convenient to have during our stay. The couch in the family room looked nice, but was disappointing since it was not very comfortable to us. The TV was too small for a room that size and the distance from the couch. This wasn't such a big deal since we enjoyed the pool just about everyday/ evening so were too tired for much tv. We also went to use the plastic cups for the pool area only to find they were all dirty. I had to hand wash every one of them. At the end of the day, the issue I had was finding a dead cockroach in the master bathroom the day we arrived. I just thought that the property was recently sprayed prior to our arrival. Two days later when I opened up the dishwasher there were 3-4 crawling around inside. My daughters and I were screaming as they were huge, and I've never seen a live cockroach in my life. My husband had to take care of them by flicking them out and killing them with his shoe as they didn't die by running the dishwasher on a hot cycle! We were not sure how they were getting in there, but my guess is somewhere around the plumbing. I sent a message to the property owner who apologized, but then dismissed the issue saying this can be expected(?) and followed it up with "Welcome to Southern Florida". She did offer to send someone out to spray but noted it could make it worse. I guess I should have been happy with that? I thought that was bold. I did not, and do not expect cockroaches to be part of the deal when I rent a vacation home. I've been to Florida dozens of times. I have family and friends that live in both the Cape Coral and Bonita Springs areas and never found a cockroach when I stayed with them. Despite all that, we enjoyed staying there, and decided we just wouldn't open the dishwasher. Note: we did break the pool skimmer but replaced it a better one.
