“HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like...

“There were spills all on the floor, ripped up chairs in rooms, pool is posted as they have one, then when you purchase the room and get there the pool is closed, and apparently has been since covid. The ad is that they serve breakfast until 1030, well at 930 the lady cuts the lights off and you have to eat in the dark as she puts up the food. Refused to refill items that were out or low. “When we first got there the room stunk. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading. It shows couches in the rooms and updated fridge, microwave etc.Then the next day my husband talk to the manager and he apologized and moved us to another room. This room was ok but the microwave didn't work and still...
