“Great staff and great rooms nice and quiet”

“Everything was great! I'd definitely would recommend.”

“Property was dirty and heavy smoke smell. Asked for second room after first room smelled heavily of smoke. Second room stunk too with smell coming from hallway. Multiple police calls within first 30 minutes. Dirty floors and rooms (I viewed 2). I gave up and booked another hotel. I do not recommend unless you smoke.”

“No complain about the staff they were amazing. However, the room was wet. It just seemed like a breeding ground for mold The sheets weren’t clean. I bought my own. I found hair in them the first night and I was so tired that I just took the sheets off and bought my own. The room just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned at all.”

“My biggest concern is comfort and Embassy Suites always delivers. My stay was very comfortable and the breakfast is always a plus for me!!”

“Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.”

“I was there to meet my son thats in the military. I haven't seen him for 2 years so I wanted to cook for him. We had everything we needed. We got to enjoy a great dinner. Then we had a movie night and snacks. Its like a little apartment. It was like home away from home. The staff knocked it put of the park. They were the best! We will be staying at stayapt anytime we can.”

“We had bugs (cockroaches) in our room, there was mold and mildew in the shower, the sink plug got stuck closed, the light by the door didn't work, the guests next to us were loud till midnight and someone was smoking pot in the room next to us and outside.”

“Property is in a good location, grocery shopping and mall is close but was not clean. Carpets are dirty and room musty, could be cleaned out better at the time we checked in. Smoke detectors in the room and main hallway were going off(when battery is out) and toilet was semi clogged. Not staying here ever again.”

“This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. Tip - request a room...
