“The bathroom wasn't that cleaned, it had hair in the drain and hair on the shower head. Their was still some food crumbs on the floor by the bed, it had hair also on the floor by the sleeper sofa. A little kid toy was by air conditioning. The pillows are not comfortable at all, people smoking 🚬 in their rooms”

“I would not recommend this Quality Inn. The quality was very poor, the inn was very run down. Filthy carpets in lobby and rooms. Not that we planned to use it but the pool was covered and not usable.The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke, we were moved to a room that smelled a little better. The toilet would not flush and bathtub was old and moldy. Bed sheets and towels were clean. No coffee machine in rooms and breakfast provided was minimal.”

“Well,the first morning that i had breakfast,i was given a paper cup for coffee,so i thought maybe they were out of real cups ,so there was a another couple came in and they got real coffee cups,and i thought my waitress was rushing things,i didn't like that but my next day breakfast was EXCELLENT”

“Very clean and reasonable for the price, especially during a holiday weekend. It had a full kitchen with an island. A separate living roo. Area from the bedroom. It had a pullout in the living room also. It was comfortable for a family of 4.”

“The overall appearance of the facility was great and our room was large and comfortable. The best thing was they have Costa coffee and it's ground as you go 😁. Really, it was nice, it's in a great location, and the staff was professional. My spot from now on when visiting Fayetteville.”

“Nice staff, clean and good location. Pool was closed a few days which disappointed my grandkids. Breakfast decent and Wednesday welcome nicely organized.”

“The staff were very courteous and informative. They were able to assist with all of our needs. Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from. Would definitely book with them again.”

“The elevator was ‘out of order’ but I suspect they had it turned off just so they could save electricity. They didn’t tell me the elevator was not working until they recommended and booked me a room on the third floor. The whole hotel was filthy. There was no fire alarm in the room and the floor in the room we stayed in, actually moved and buckled under the weight of a normal step…….. I’m not exaggerating at all. Do not stay at this dump.”

“The location of the property was great. The parking was great. The layout of the property was great, meaning the exterior was nice and clean except for the [unattended] used linen pushed into a corner under the steps. I guess quitting time means immediately stop what your doing in some places, no matter what, like someone yelling 'fire'. Anyway, my room smelt mildewy [it stank] likely because of the dirty old rug; the dressers and tables were really worn, outdated and dusty; the linen [and...
