Young man at the office was polite and helpfull. I stayed in room 301 and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room, which is true of almost all of the old hotel rooms in North Wildwood. Bathroom sink was backed up from the very beginning and the hotel staff had to have known this and did nothing about this. ...

“Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future...
