Eclectic Home in North Cape May
There was an issue with the key lockbox upon check-in. We attempted to use the numbers provided by the Evolve team, but they would not work, regardless of how many times we tried. I attempted to call and text the Guest Contact several times; however, I received no answer. I then called VRBO to explain the situation. We were told to go someplace where it was cool until I or they could contact the Guest Contact. We finally were able to contact him, and he told us that the numbers were correct except for a hashtag placed at the end of the number. We were successfully able to check in to the property. That process started at 4:45 pm and ended at 6:45 pm. While it wasn't the best way to begin our stay, we were happy to get into the property. The property included everything that we needed and was convenient to Cape May and Wildwood, where our granddaughters enjoyed the boardwalk rides and amusements. We did have a difficult time accessing channels on the TVs. The presets would not allow for accessing any of the major affiliates such as ABC, CBS, or NBC for the short amounts of time that we would be watching television in the evenings or if we had any rainy days. All in all we had a great stay.
