The 2-car driveway offers coveted centralized parking for your stay. Additional non-metered parking can be found around the corner on Hughes Street or Columbia Avenue.

Recent renovations include: freshly painted exterior, the removal of wall-to-wall carpeting and refinishing of original wood floors/stairs; freshly painted interior; new air conditioning system; renovated kitchen on the 2nd floor and thoughtfully designed kitchenette on the 1st floor; renovated eating areas on the 1st and 2nd floors; custom window treatments; and many new furnishings throughout the house.

The first floor has a living room; a new kitchenette and eating area – perfect for board games and conversation; a full hall bathroom with a jacuzzi tub; and a first-floor master bedroom with a Tempurpedic king-size bed, television, and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second floor has a second master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom; a third bedroom with a queen bed and television; a full hall bathroom; and a beautiful kitchen and dining area overlooking historic Ocean Avenue. The final two bedrooms are located on the third floor, one with a queen size bed and the second with a twin bed. A tri-fold memory foam mattress also is available for guests to use.

Nine commercial beach tags are available for guests to use during the summer season, as is a beach box on Ocean Avenue beach, stocked with 7 beach chairs (an additional chair is at the home). No carrying chairs back and forth to the beach!! There is an outdoor shower for after your days at the beach. For the security of the property and guests, there is a Ring exterior security camera on the porch with views of the front and side porch areas and doors. Sheets and towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own sheets and towels or rent through a local service. Information on a recommended linen service is provided to all guests after confirmation of booking.
