17 Jefferson St .: Questa bellissima camera da letto 6 e 2. 5+ bagno, casa di epoca vittoriana è solo 4 case dalla spiaggia più bella di famiglia di Cape May e una breve passeggiata ai suoi migliori negozi e ristoranti. Quando non sei in spiaggia, ti godrai il grande portico della casa con i suoi sette rocker, amaca piena e grandi vedute dell'oceano. La casa può ospitare fino a 15 e ha un vialetto con parcheggio fuori strada per 4-5 auto (!)

Abbiamo acquistato la casa nella primavera del 2010 e abbiamo investito molto in ristrutturazioni e nuovi arredi per rendere questo un noleggio superbo - oltre $ 400.000 fino ad oggi. Praticamente ogni area della casa è stata rinnovata, dentro e fuori. Nonostante tutti i cambiamenti, il nostro obiettivo era quello di mantenere l'aspetto e la sensazione del 1901 della casa.

Allo stesso tempo, abbiamo cercato di rendere la casa il più confortevole possibile per i nostri ospiti. La cucina è ben fornita. Il gioco, puzzle, biblioteca è anche ben fornito. Ci sono TV di qualità (3), wifi ad alta velocità per lo streaming, lettori DVD blu-ray (con una bella libreria di DVD) e un pacchetto di cavi premium. C'è un altoparlante bluetooth Bose nel salotto per la musica. Teniamo molte sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e giocattoli da spiaggia per tutti da usare.

Gli ospiti dovranno portare lenzuola, federe, asciugamani e teli mare per la loro visita. C'è un buon servizio di biancheria in città (Sea Dreams), se questo è più conveniente.

Our family LOVED this home. Highlights were the porch with all the rockers and the closeness to the beach. We have suffers so being able to set up and watch both our surfers and our boogie boarders was great.We have been coming to Cape May every two years during late July. If we can make it in 2027 getting that house again would be wonderful. However, Nana and Oompa are in their early 80s and the grandkids are graduating college so we don't know how many more years we can all gather. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful stay, perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, updated, and clean with great amenities and decor. The porch rockers and hammock were perfect for relaxing. The location is right by the beach and fun restaurants/shopping. Check-in was a breeze and Blair was great with communication. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Cape May Christmas Parade Weekend

My family and I came down to Cape May this year for the tree lighting and Christmas parade and we could not have been happier with our stay here. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 adults and 4 small children and was simply beautiful inside. Very tasteful and clean, I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!

We had an amazing time! Our family went to enjoy the Christmas festivities. The house is perfect for big groups and walking distance to town. Love that they have parking available. The house is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Fall Getaway

We have been going to Cape May for over 30 years and love to visit during different season. Our daughter was married in Cape May last year, and my in-laws from California had such a great time, that we met again in Cape May this November. This was the perfect house for my family of seven. The porch was wonderful, and the house had everything we needed. There were plenty of rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms), lots of board games, proximity to the beach for morning walks, sunsets, and shell collecting, and a very easy walk to Washington Street stores.We also got lucky with beautiful weather! Finally, Blair was super responsive and timely with responses. We got to Cape May about an hour early and were able to immediately check in. We also were able to stay until noon when checking out. Lucky us! I would totally visit again. Maybe in the summer next time….

Beautiful property, so many up to date amkenidites, games, movies, 3 bathrooms, towels and blankets available for use, so many beach products available to borrow. Furniture very comfortable. Loved this house and neighborhood!

Great bachlorette !!

We had an amazing stay here for my 30th birthday/bachelorette weekend!! The house location was perfect for all of our activities planned in Cape May. Close enough to walk pretty much everywhere. The house was super cute and spacious! It had everything we needed!

Perfect location and amazing house

The house was roomy, updated, and very clean! Had a large group of ladies in for girls weekend and everything was amazing! The front porch was incredible and so roomy we sat 12 comfortably! 2 minute walk to beach and 10 minute tops to the shopping! So many great amenities ! Each bedroom had its own temperature control and unit!! Definitely recommend!

Amazing home

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful vacation home. It’s just steps to the beach and we were able to easily walk to Washington Mall for shopping and restaurants. We spent every night sitting on the rockers on the front porch. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren. It is in a perfect location to walk to the beach or into town. The front porch and rockers were used daily. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or provide information. I highly recommend staying at this home.

OUTSTANDING!

17 Jefferson is perfect on every level. The owner has maintained the property with meticulous detail! The house is bright, cheerful and filled with natural light and spotlessly clean. As soon as you walk in the front door, it is evident that the owners take great pride in their home. The location can not be beat... 1/2 block to the beach. You can see the ocean from the front porch. We never used our car during our week stay. We easily walked every evening to dinner and Washington mall. The house comes with everything that we needed... kitchen was VERY well stocked, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, lots of puzzles, games, books, DVDs. A highlight was the front porch with enough rockers for all of the adults (8 of us) and a hammock. Game changers for us were the ample parking in the driveway- we were able to fit 4 Large cars - and the wonderful outdoor shower! The owner was EXTREMELY attentive to my questions and any need, responding very quickly and so very eager to make sure that our stay was the absolute best -- and it was! This was our second visit to this beautiful home... and our family decided to now make it a yearly family tradition- bringing us all together in Cape May at 17 Jefferson!

Perfect location and home

Had a short 5 day family vacation . The home was beautiful, warm and so well equipped. The porch was a delightful gathering place. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to beach, miniature golf, restaurants and Washington mall.

Wonderful house soo close to beach and bars!

We had a wonderful experience working with the owner! Blair was extremely flexible and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The house was beautiful - perfect for a mixed group of 22-55 year old women to stay for an off-season beach getaway! The beach was very close, and we were within a 10ish minute walk to all the bars and restaurants! Also, the owner was thoughtful about little things - for example, NJ doesn’t have bags at the grocery stores and the house had a bunch of re-usable ones we could take with us when shopping. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks so much!!

Cape May Beauty

Back in time with all its beauty intact - best description of this home. Every amenity for our modern time and comfort. Wonderful convenient location to, beach, stores restaurants etc. - all in walking distance. Plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. Driveway parking - a real plus!! A real treasure - fun times in the house and Cape May had by all!!!

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a cozy weekend. Very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies. Comfortable seating and the bedrooms were great. Walkable into town and so close to the beach. Everything was great!!

Beautiful and cozy

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and clean and was a short walk to Washington street. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed and we had plenty of space for a large group to eat together and hang out in the living room. The house has a warm cozy feeling and wasn’t drafty for our December trip. Would love to stay here again!
