Goditi questa deliziosa casa sulla spiaggia recentemente rinnovata situata in un'ottima posizione - lo storico quartiere di West Cape May. L'intero interno di questo incantatore è dipinto di fresco e sono stati installati splendidi pavimenti in legno / piastrelle di ceramica. Questa casa sulla spiaggia è arredata in modo attraente e si rivelerà un'ottima scelta per le vacanze. Offre un'abbondanza di spazio vitale; grande camera familiare e ampia zona pranzo / cucina. Ci sono 4 camere da letto tra cui un bellissimo primo piano master (regina) e una camera da letto al primo piano (2 gemelli). Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto (regina / 2 full). C'è un bagno principale al primo piano, un bagno completo al secondo piano, una nuova stanza di polvere al primo piano e una nuova doccia esterna. La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro commerciale all'aperto di Washington Street, da ottimi ristoranti e dalle incantevoli spiagge di Cape May. Cape May ha molto da offrire, tra cui 5 cantine, la Cape May Brewing Company, la Cape May Stage Company, la East Lynne Theatre Company, il Cape May Lighthouse e la bellissima Cove Beach considerata una delle spiagge più belle del paese. Lo zoo di Cape May County Park è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Lo zoo non addebita l'ammissione e ospita oltre 550 animali.- Questa proprietà ha una tassa di pulizia applicata ai contratti di locazione a breve termine. Leasing settimanali non hanno questo costo aggiuntivo applicato. Un deposito cauzionale di $ 400 verrà aggiunto a tutte le prenotazioni. Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was perfect! We traveled as an extended family with ages ranging from 4 to 70, and the house had every amenity we could need. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well appointed, the location was great and the owners/property managers were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Cute, very well equipped, good location, and comfortable for our family

This was a clean, nicely decorated, and exceptionally well equipped property in a very good location. The beds were comfortable. The living space was perfect for our group of 14 plus a one year old who were hanging out at the house, although only 7 of us were sleeping there. We originally were attracted to the house in large part because of the open kitchen space and the ability to put multiple tables together and seat everyone in one room. It worked out beautifully. Fairly easy walk to town and to the shore. Plenty of street parking without disturbing the neighbors. The house is very cute and when we had a photographer come to take family pictures he was happy to use the house as a backdrop. I would highly recommend this property and the realtor. Everyone was super easy to deal with, helpful and flexible.

Perfect stay in Cape May

This house was perfect in every aspect - very spacious and nicely redone, fully stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies, comfy beds, great grill and walkable to several great restaurants. Both the property manager and owners were very responsive to any questions we had. This was our first time in West Cape May and we would definitely return to this great house. Thank you!

Spacious and clean

Three generations (ranging in age from 22 to 92) enjoyed this property. The open floor plan and first floor bedrooms were great for the older person with a walker. It was an easy walk to the beach for most of us. The house was extremely well equipped with beach and kitchen equipment. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The outdoor shower was terrific. The host was very responsive to the one technical glitch we experienced.

Outstanding Vacation Location

Highly recommend anyone staying in the Cape May area to choose this location. This is the third year we stayed here and look forward to staying here in the future. The house is extremely comfortable and clean, well equipped, and ideal for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.

Great home in a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in this home for our first family vacation to Cape May. My favorite part of the house was the large and cozy front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The location cannot be beat and is within walking and biking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The only note we have is the master bath and shower are quite small but we made it work. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This house was amazing!

This house was amazing! From the decor to the open main floor plan this house was awesome! It was situated within walking distance from all the shops in the Centre of Cape May. It also had a great side yard with a large table as well as a front yard to play sports with the kids. It had a great front porch to relax on in the evening or the morning and the decor was gorgeous! It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 each have more than one bed. Our family will definitely be back! Thank you!

Family Weekend

Perfect house for our extended family’s weekend getaway. House layout was perfect for two families with little ones (basket of toys/books was a bonus). Outdoor space was great! Location is central to everything (5 min walk to West End Garage, 15 min walk to beach/Washington Mall; 2 min drive to Beach Plum Farm).

This house is a must rent!

This house is a must rent! The house is better than the pictures and is super clean. It was stocked with everything you could think of. We went for the weekend for a girls getaway and it was perfect. The beds are really comfortable. The location was great and there is a cute cafe right across the street. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone. And we are already thinking of rebooking!

Perfect!

Given the current covid-19 situation, my family and I were concerned about traveling and staying in another house. Well I can honestly say that our concerns were put at ease immediately upon arrival. The house was immaculate and the property managers assured it had been Cleaned and sanitized. Not only was the house in pristine condition, it was very well equipped with all the essentials and perfectly situated near the beach and town, shops, and restaurants. This was our first trip to Cape May and we will definitely be back ... hopefully in the same house! An excellent job overall by the owners and property management for maintaining such beautiful house and making us feel safe and welcomed .... thank you!

Awesome house for our annual 2020 family Vacation

This is a beautiful home. The description and photo of the property do not do justice to how nice the house is. Finding that there were beach badges and beach equipment at the house was also a very pleasant surprise. Cape May is one of our favorite places and this house gave us a lovely escape from the craziness of 2020. I highly recommend renting this home.

AMAZING!

The images do not do this place justice. My friends and I visited this home for a relaxing weekend getaway, and we thought the house would be just fine, and we wouldn't really be in it that much because we would be exploring Cape May. Boy were we wrong!!! This house was beyond beautiful! From the minute details of the decorating, to the cleanliness and overall vibe, it truly was spectacular. Next time I visit Cape May I will be sure to stay here!

Cape May girls weekend October 25-27

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We reserved this house for a reunion of 5 women who attended nursing school more than 40 years ago. We had a beautiful fall weekend in Cape May! Your very comfortable house easily accommodated all of us and we spent several hours reminiscing around the large dining room table. The first floor master suite was especially helpful for one of us with mobility issues. The interior decorations are beachy and very pleasing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was excellent! We were a little disappointed that the fireplace was not functional but we didn't need it to stay warm. A really nice touch was the bouquet of fresh fall flowers on the kitchen table waiting for our arrival.
