This Vacation Home is like no other.
We offer you a coffee and Tea Bar, Snacks to get your vacation off to the right start and a Welcome Gift to thank you for coming! All Linens and towels provided! We're just mins from the Bay & the Heart of Cape May! We are close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, wineries and the Cape May Ferry. Just a short walk or bike ride to the Delaware Bay! 4 Bedrooms , 2 full baths.

Newly remodeled Solar Powered Home just mins from the Bay & the Heart of Cape May! 4 bedrooms, 2 Full baths, Over-Sized Family Room, Screened in Deck and your OWN Private Salt Water Pool & Fenced in Yard. Amenities: 3 flat Screen TV's (55" TV in outdoor screened in Deck) Washer & Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Grill, Bikes, Ping Pong Table, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coffee Bar, + all linens/toiletries.. Your Villa is just 8 mins to Victorian Cape May City Center Restaurants & Bars.
The space:
Start off your day with Coffee on the Front Porch, and feel the cool bay breeze as the sun rises. Take a dip in your Private Salt Water Pool or relax on the Lounge Chairs and take in the Sun Pool Side. Enjoy lunch outside on our antique Woodard Patio Furniture. Grill a family meal and enjoy time together on the Screened In Porch, watching a movie and lounging on the Wicker Patio Set.

Make your way down to the Bay for a Sunset you'll never forget!!
Being near the bay, we get the most amazing red sky sunsets. Often you can also spot schools of dolphins in the bay at sunset.
At the Bay, there is no need for beach tags! The beach is usually all yours to share with just a few neighbors. Quiet and relaxing.
Guest Access and Amenities:
Single level home. The bedrooms are all on one floor. Cape May Charm and rustic decor inspired by the Whaling Village that the Bay once was, professionally decorated and feels like home... just minutes from Cape May City Center. We provide: Luxury Bed Sheets, Bed quilt/blanket, pillows, 2 rolls of Toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 Bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per guest, a high chair, a pack and play, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and coolers.
Outdoor Surveillance devices on premises used for security and insurance purposes only. Front of house, driveway, pool, hot tub and garage areas have required security devices. Surveillance devices are ONLY outdoor and ONLY used for security and insurance purposes. Reasonable measures are taken to limit access to surveillance data - surveillance only viewed when needed for security issues.
HOUSE RULES: NO PARTIES; NO SMOKING; NO PETS
PLEASE NOTE: Although we make every effort to make all amenities available during each guest’s stay, there may be times where the pool and/or hot tub will not be available due to maintenance and/or service required to clean and sanitize them.

This was a perfect place for our family gathering for CG graduation. The house was even better than pictured - it was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, sheets were cotton, and the house was stocked with so many things that made our stay comfortable - and were far Above expectation. The hosts were extremely responsive to any of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay - unless of course it could have been warmer so we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space and outdoor activities.

My parents, sister and I had an exceptional stay at Bob & Kathy’s VRBO. It was clean, had every amenity you could ask more and more at a beach house, and came with small gifts. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Great location with proximity to beach and restaurants

This property actually looks better than it does in the photographs which is not typical and it looks great in the photographs.. Everything about it is impeccable. And on top of all that there were bonus little treats at the snack bar and in the bathroom which I have never seen anywhere I stayed before. I highly recommend this property

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is great and close to the bay. We loved the screened porch and spent so much time in the pool. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the snacks and coffee that were provided. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Cape May house and host

We had an amazing stay at Bob and Kathy’s Beach House. We felt very welcomed upon our arrival by the multiple treats left for us by the host. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Everything we needed was included in the house. The backyard provided a wonderfully relaxing environment. The communications with the host were very easy. We’d highly recommend this listing to anyone seeking to stay in Cape May.

Wonderful place

We had a three-generation stay, including grandparents, parents and small kids. The house and the many accoutrements were all we could ask for. The bay side of Cape May is great for little ones.

Peaceful & Charming Home

We loved our time in what my family has named "The Eldredge Blue Tail." The home is beautiful, peaceful, and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch. It is an inviting space. Many stories were told over coffee this past week. Everything about the property is lovely. We could not have asked for a better space.

Great home for a family vaca!

We loved Robert and Kathy’s house. It is so well kept and meticulously prepared for every guest. We’ve been renting houses for many years in multiple locations in NY and NJ and this is one of the best we’ve encountered. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to many attractions. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful house, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our happy place!

We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and have loved every minute. It’s truly my kids’ happy place: they absolutely love being able to jump into the pool at any moment, and maybe they get out of it once a week so we can go to the beach :-) The property has everything you could need, although I still overpack every single time. Outside of paper, towels, and toilet paper, I have never had to reach into my own supply because everything is there already. Yet, I still pack it every visit. From cooking implements, to plastic wrap and aluminum foil, to beach, chairs, and toys for the pool, it’s all there. Having the washer dryer is great, as well, as we get to come home without the burden of a ton of laundry to do, and we keep the beach and pool towels clean. We absolutely love the neighborhood, which is quieter, and a bit removed from all the noise and tourists. We also love being close to the bay and the beautiful sunsets. This year, we got to watch the Perseid meteors from the backyard, which is just an amazing memory for us to have. I’ve had a couple of interactions with the owners, and they are lovely people as well – always happy to help if there is an issue, and great at communicating things like pool, maintenance, landscaping, and reminders to put the trash out. All in all, this is just a lovely place. I wish we could stay forever.

Amazing Girls weekend

The home was absolutely beautiful! We were able to enjoy the hot tub, and the coffee/cocktail bar was such a nice touch.. The house was spotless. Although the weather was not great we were able to get in a few walks to the bay and walk the beach. We also spent the an afternoon at the winery, everyone was so nice there and the wine was pretty good!

Great family gathering

This property was perfect for our family. Our hosts were extremely thoughtful about ways to make us feel welcome. The house, the porch, and the pool were clean and welcoming. It's in a great location to enjoy the bay beach as well as "downtown" Cape May. Can't recommend it more highly.

Wonderful Weekend

I planned a girls weekend and the house truly made the weekend that much better! The house was so clean and homey. The outdoor amenities were wonderful! We used the patio and pool area every day and relaxed in the screened-in patio when it rained. The neighborhood was quiet and a short uber ride to the beautiful downtown area. Such a perfect home away from home!

Girls Weekend

Went to Kathy and Bob’s house with 6 of my longtime girlfriends. We were blown away by the cleanliness and small touches (Keurig cups, snacks, etc.) The hot tub was a great escape from the cold weather. The bay beach is biking distance and I am definitely considering booking for a family trip. A++++ rating from me!
