Very clean property, The location was perfect and within walking distance of the beaches and downtown. The property is on a quiet and lovely street. The beds were comfortable, and they had a well stocked kitchen. We were met us at the property upon arrival and at departure which was appreciated. I did end up having to call about getting into the property as we had not yet received information regarding the keys or how to enter. Unfortunately, while we understood that the host was not on-sight, it became apparent that the hosts were unaware that at the time there was a state of emergency issued, and severe flood conditions. Consequently I was on the phone with the hosts for about two hours, into the early morning hours trying to receive information regarding the condition of our property. Different time zones and business hours made this difficult. The hosts reported that everything was fine as they had not heard anything from the property manager, yet there was no confirmation from the property manager regarding the conditions despite repeated requests. We did not know what kind of damage if any had occurred to the property. About 30 minutes before we were to leave for our trip we received confirmation that property was safe and ready to go. The property was perfect for our girls get away.
