“There was no WIFI so couldn’t watch Netflix or listen to Spotify on the Smart TV kept freezing and cutting out and no sound. Nothing in the information book mentioned WIFI and couldn’t call for the password or help as it was the weekend. Lounge was a bit grubby and needed a good clean.”

“This was our second visit, because we enjoyed it so much last time. Everything was great. Only improvement suggestion is to mop the floors more often, our feet were black from walking barefoot indoors. Thanks team!”
