Situated in a high rise apartment building with 24 hour security, this home is large and spacious with modern minimalist decor.

The kitchen is modern and large so you can cook comfortably, whilst socializing with the rest of the open plan apartment. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining room seats 6 and the living room boasts a comfortable couch, occasional chairs and a Smart TV with access to an endless library of content and Netflix.

Note: all linen and towels are hired through a hotel which promises that we provide you with the top quality at all times. In addition; all linen is cleaned using Hydrofinity near-waterless washers. This means that every cleaned item has used 80% less water, 80% less energy and over 50% less chemicals than almost any other traditional laundry.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom is large with a queen size bed and ample cupboard space. The room has a make-up station with comfortable ottoman and mirror and access to a hairdryer.

The bathroom is en-suite and has an amazing walk-in shower with an oversized shower head.

This bedroom also has folding doors onto a private balcony

Bedroom 2 and 3:
These bedrooms are mirror images of each other and each have a double bed and plenty of cupboard space

Balcony:
The balcony is much bigger than your average in this area.

I'm available to recommend restaurants and activities and there is a comprehensive manual in the house with loads of recommendations and local tips.

From this apartment you can walk anywhere an everywhere to a variety of bars, restaurants and night clubs

There are Myciti busses available, with stops very close to this apartment. Otherwise, Uber is abundant and readily available.

Please note that this apartment is in a lively part of the city known for nightlife. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this would not be suitable. There are 2 Night Clubs in very close proximity to the apartment building
