  • Questo delizioso appartamento è stato recentemente trasformato per sfruttare appieno la posizione privilegiata e le viste verso Table Mountain dal 4 ° piano.

    Questo appartamento privato a The Rockwell è delizioso e soleggiato in inverno, ma fresco ed eternamente vivibile in estate. Con un lettino balinese e un tavolino da caffè all'esterno, questo appartamento è tutto per sfruttare al massimo Cape Town e la vita all'aria aperta.

    L'interno climatizzato nei toni del nero, bianco e verde è fresco e nitido e integra magnificamente l'architettura ispirata a New York del 1900 di Rockwell. Il design pulito sfrutta appieno lo spazio interno e scorre facilmente sulla zona del balcone.

    C'è una cucina completa e una lavatrice e asciugatrice per fornire tutte le comodità di casa. L'appartamento ha anche una macchina per caffè espresso e una doppia docking station per iPod / iPhone / iPad / Samsung telefono / tablet.

    Il complesso Rockwell è stato ispirato dall'architettura di Manhattan dei primi del 1900 ed è circondato da deliziosi ristoranti, bar, gallerie d'arte e pittoresche boutique. Il complesso ha un meraviglioso atrio interno a sette piani e arredi di lusso in tutto. Vanta anche una palestra e una piscina interna riscaldata.

    De Waterkant è il quartiere più alla moda di Città del Capo e uno dei più esclusivi. L'appartamento gode di una posizione invidiabile nel cuore della città senza essere effettivamente nel CBD. Dall'appartamento, puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni di Città del Capo. Il CBD è solo un paio di isolati, The V&A Waterfront (negozi, ristoranti, bar, caffetterie e Robben Island) è a pochi minuti di distanza, e c'è un eccellente supermercato dall'altra parte della strada.

    Il CTICC (Convention Center) si trova nelle vicinanze e c'è un facile accesso all'autostrada. Puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi il nuovo Cape Town Stadium e la vivace scena di ristoranti e caffetterie di Cape Quarter è a solo un isolato di distanza.

Very enjoyable stay!

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and her local property manager was extremely helpful. We loved everything about the apartment including the amenities, the location, the furniture, bathroom and balcony. It was fully equipped as well. The building itself along with its staff were wonderful. One of the best rental experiences we have had to date.

Nice place to stay

The apartment is very nice. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time here. The apartment is within walking distance of many attractions and is across the street from a grocery store. Getting rides through Uber was very convenient to and from the Rockwell. Thank you Jenny for the use of your lovely apartment.

Lovely, well speced and convenient

This is a lovely, clean, well-run apartment with everything you need in a great central location. There are a number of great restaurants in the building and plenty more a short walk away . You cannot go wrong, highly recommended.

Fantastic property, perfect location

Fantastiskt boende i Cape Town

Detta är en härlig, rymlig och välplanerad lägenhet mitt i händelsernas centrum, med gångavstånd till det mesta. Balkongen var som ytterligare ett rum med utsikt över både berg och händelserna vid Cape Quarter. Sängarna var mycket sköna. Städningen och allt stöd från In the City har varit enastående bra. Jennie har varit till stor hjälp med information om intressanta platser, restauranger och sevärdheter att besöka, samt annat nödvändigt att känna till. Kan varmt rekommendera detta! /Monica

Always great

This is the newest of Jenny's apartments. I travel to Cape Town regularly and I've now stayed in them all. All are great, and communication with Jenny is always speedy and excellent. This apartment has a stunning view of Table Mountain. I just wish I could spend more time gazing at it, rather than working. This apartment is very stylish and (as they all are) was spotless. The newly installed fibre internet worked really well.

Extremely happy

This apartment is exactly as advertised, clean, tidy and in perfect condition with an excellent view of Table Mountain. We stayed for five nights and jenny provided all the required info we needed, she also responded quickly with my emailed questions. Key pick up went perfectly with Jenny's representive meeting us on our arrival at the entrance lobby. Grocery shopping at Spar is literally 2min walk from lobby and carries a pretty much anything needed for your stay. Highly recommend this stay and would loved to stay again. Thanks Jenny.

Stayed for 1month.the appartment could not have been better ,central for everthing capetown has to offer the owner jenny anderson was fantastic and charming in all my dealings with her,with lots of great tips and info where to go.i would say do not think twice book it!!!!!!!!!.

Moderne, flot, ren, indbydende, dejligt beliggende, alt hvad man skal bruge

Det har været en utrolig god oplevelse af leje denne lejlighed. Der er god plads, der var virkelig rent og pænt, og alt hvad man skulle bruge. Den ligger et dejligt sted. Der var en rigtig fin parkeringkælder, som vi benyttede idet vi havde lejet en bil hele ugen. Udlejer har været utrolig sød og behjælpelig og meget hurtig til at besvare vores spørgsmål. Udlejer har hjulpet utrolig meget med både tips og gode ideer, samt de mere praktisk informationer. Jeg vil til enhver tid anbefale denne lejlighed, udlejer og stedet til alle jeg kender. Jeg har kun positive ting at sige om hele oplevelsen med både lejlighed, udlejer, stedet, og Cape Town. Fantastisk by og fantastiske mennesker.

The Rockwell apartment was lovely, good location between downtown and waterfront, grocery stores across the street and as a single women alone I felt perfectly secure. Jenny Andersen wonderful to work with, good information regarding payment, great support and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend!

Great location ! Close to great restaurants, and shopping if you need it!

The place was very neat and clean when we arrived. All staff in the building are very friendly and helpful as well. Walking distance from Gold restaurant which I would highly recommend, the food was awesome. But if you're looking to make your own food there is a grocery store across the street that has a great selection of foods. Location was great since we were in the city and were walking distance from most places we needed to get to.

Jenny's apartment

Jenny's apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures. Very beautiful. I did not meet her but the property management firm she used was helpful and available 24 hrs a day. The location was great as it is in a hotel with good restaurants adjacent. I felt very safe which was important as I was traveling alone. I would definitely stay at her apartment again.

We loved this place!

This place was really a find! Jenny was exceptional in her prompt responses and information. I don't think I've had anyone on this site be so helpful and responsive. Her place is also quite wonderful. Last time we stayed in the V&A waterfront. While that's a nice area, it seems antiseptic to me and you don't really get the vibe of the city. De Waterkant is quite different. It's centrally located. We walked everywhere. And walking at night is safe as well. The apartment is in a great building with lots of security. And there are some incredible restaurants just behind in a small pedestrian street. It has a great balcony with views of Table Mountain. The amenities are top notch. And if you need anything, there is a grocery store just across the street. We plan to return to Cape Town and we most assuredly will rent from Jenny again. Thanks Jenny!

Beautiful apartment, great location. Easy to walk just about anywhere in the city. Incredible views of table mountain. Jenny was very efficient and helpful with any of our needs. The only suggestion would be to update and get more tableware and glassware.

Ideal location

This is the second time wee have stayed at the Rockwell in a condo owned by Jenny Andersen. The building is extremely well located and well run. It is a safe place from which to explore the Waterkant, V&A waterfront and downtown Cape Town. Taxi rides provide a reasonable option to explore further afield and we loved taking the train to Kalk Bay. While we previously stayed in the second floor unit, we enjoyed the business of the fourth floor unit. There is a spectacular view of Table Mountain and watching the goings on at the petrol station was endlessly fascinating. In general, we would recommend these condos to anyone and, God willing, we'll be back.

Ideal location.

This is our second stay at the Rockwell. Both condo are owned by Jenny Andersen, but managed by her property agent In the City. Dealings with both parties could not be more proficient. Each time, we have been met on time and the idiosyncrasies of the condo have been explained expeditiously. While we enjoyed both units, the fourth floor condo with the view of Table Mountain stole our hearts. Watching the business of the street and overlooking the goings on at the petrol station was a constant source of delight. Exploring the Waterkant, V&A waterfront and also downtown Cape Town was a breeze from this location. taxi

Wonderful well located apartment

Great choice in great neighborhood

This is a lovely property in a great location. This stylish apartment is extremely well maintained with all manner of conveniences and the property managers were quite responsive with any questions. The apartment has a great view of Table Mountain, is very close to grocery, shops, restaurants. We loved Cape Town and I'm sure that part of our enjoyment was coming "home" each night to De Waterkant and the Rockwell. We simply loved our stay.

Stunning 1 bedroom flat in the Heart of Cape Town

Beautifully appointed 1 bedroom flat situated in the heart of Cape Towns City Bowl. Great view of Table mountain from the superb lounger on your own balcony! Great restuarants and bars all within a short walking distance, with the V&A Waterfront not even a ten minute gentle stroll, with Willoughbies restuarant certainly having the best sushi i have ever had! Flat was spotlessly clean with a well managed reception and a great helpful agent. I would recommend highly! My wife and i will certainly be back. We had a superb time with this flat as our base to explore Cape Towns many delights!.

Amazing Stay in Our Cape Town Flat!

We stayed three weeks in Jenny's Cape Town holiday apartment, opting a flat over a hotel room. And we're so glad we did! Jenny, the owner has decorated the flat with furniture that is stylish, functional and, importantly, comfortable. From the moment Sarah, the property manager, opened the door, we felt at home. It is spacious and cozy. Too, everything you need is provided, including a washer and dryer, which was a bonus for us since we had been traveling for several months prior to our Cape Town arrival. Jenny, the owner, was absolutely wonderful in helping work through all of the rental issues. In fact, she was excellent in responding to our questions and concerns, and did so immediately! She's an awesome person to work with! She even provided us with a place to store extra luggage prior to our check in date so we did not have to take two additional large cases with us on a safari trip. You'll love working with her, promise! An additional note to this rental: It's in the Rockwell hotel, which, in itself, is a bonus. First of all, it's an easy ten minute safe walk to both the waterfront and the city center, and we walked to one or the other every day of our stay, minus the two days we were in Hermanus. Because it is a hotel, the Rockwell thus provides all of the conveniences, bar, restaurant, concierge services, tour bookings, you may need, all located in the lobby. Second, evert Friday we were there the hotel provided live music, in the lobby, and the groups/music was fabulous! It was an added attraction we had not considered, but such a treat! Third, the hotel staff is amazing, all kind and more than willing to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We fell in love with them all, Colin the manager included! If you have had any reservations about dealing with a rental in South Africa, working with Jenny will make those concerns vanish immediately. We know we'll be back soon! Jenny and Sarah, thanks for everything you did to make our stay an amazing one!

Great apartment in terrific neighbourhood

The apartment is compact, but very comfortable. During our two months, we particularly enjoyed the proximity to the CBD, Cape Town's great restaurants, and easy access to major motorways. Jenny, the owner, was extremely responsive. The apartment is near a very good supermarket (Spar). It overooks a busy street (and petrol station), but that was part of the fun city vibe. Near the Piano Bar with great drinks and music, a nice walk to the Waterfront. The apartment is particularly comfortable for short term stays - kitchen, storage, etc all fine. It was a plus to have the gym and the hotel bar. Felt very safe. We'd happily stay there again.
