Pros
- Shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront
- Location is in the heart of the city
- Friendly Staff
- Nice Views
- Comfortable beds
Cons
- Cleanliness of the room was sub par for a 4 star hotel. (Oily hand marks on walls and furniture, moldy shower mat, residue and dirt stains on tub and sink areas, dirty vents.)
- Limited options for food and quality of food is sub par. Better to eat at a restaurant by the V&A.
- Charged CAD130 to have checkout 3 hours later. Was also given 2 different amounts and it was a note left on file, not a hotel charge.
- No shuttle service to the airport.
Overall, it’s an alright place to sleep at night, but would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel, 2 and a half at best. Would not stay at it again though.
