Stunning view, but property condition and check-in need improvementOn the positive side, the apartment has a magnificent view, which truly helped offset some of our disappointments.However, several areas need attention:• Check-In & Security: We arrived after the 3:00 PM check-in time, but there was no one at the front desk to let us in. We had to stand outside on an isolated street with four bags of luggage. Our Uber driver actually waited with us to ensure our safety because of this.• Delayed Cleaning: When we finally made it up to the room, the housekeeper was still actively cleaning. Her shoes were on the floor by the front door and cleaning supplies were scattered around.• Wear and Tear: The property is showing its age. The walls were very badly chipped throughout and need a fresh coat of paint. The shower floor tiles need a thorough cleaning and bleaching. Additionally, the throw in the master bedroom was very worn, and one of the bathroom mats was very worn and had noticeable bleach spots.The apartment has amazing potential because of the view and location, but the host needs to do a cosmetic refresh and ensure the apartment is ready on time.
