Inconvenient to use and broken as well. Housekeeping couldn’t provide me with a different one. The shower was leaking as well. While the Bombay Brassiere served good food, service was too slow. A solo diner , it took me 2.5 hrs for a meal, did t help that initdered vegetarian and they kept sending non- veg dishes out to my table. The breakfast the next day was worse, not a single server cane to ask me for my beverage order the entire time i was there, forget about asking the special of the day and getting it frsh made from the kitchen. I grabbed a croissant and OJ and it wa sin and out. Not looking for a repeat stay here. Plenty of newer hotels that have way better service.
