Posizione imbattibile nella trendy De Waterkant! Splendido loft, vista sulla Table Mountain

Posizione, posizione, posizione !! Situato in posizione centrale e vicino al V&A Waterfront, questo loft di lusso, con ampie vedute di Table Mountain, è la scelta perfetta per una vacanza in città. La maggior parte delle attrazioni della città madre sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ristoranti, bar e negozi alla moda sono a pochi passi. Bree St, famosa per le sue delizie culinarie, è a pochi minuti a piedi, così come Long Street. WIFI veloce, aria condizionata, TV, lavatrice / asciugatrice, piscina esterna, parcheggio custodito, reception 24 ore su 24.

Ho cercato di pensare a tutto ciò che renderà il tuo soggiorno il più comodo possibile e "a casa da casa" il più possibile. Tutto ciò di cui hai veramente bisogno sono i tuoi vestiti!

La cucina è grande, completamente attrezzata e amata dalle persone che cucinano: ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Il tè e il delizioso caffè appena macinato sono gratuiti, così come una bottiglia di vino per accogliere il tuo arrivo.

Il soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo a pianta aperta si apre su un ampio balcone privato con posti a sedere all'aperto. Il lussuoso bagno è dotato sia di vasca che di doccia, con articoli da toeletta gratuiti e asciugamani morbidi e soffici.

Le scale conducono alla camera da letto soppalco con soppalco con lunghezza extra, top di gamma, letto king size Serta a molle insacchettate. Biancheria di qualità, piumini 3/4 separati e cuscini di lusso assicurano un buon riposo notturno. Tanto spazio nell'armadio per i tuoi vestiti.

È davvero difficile battere la posizione, il blocco è incastonato tra il super cool De Waterkant Village, il centro città e il Bo Kaap. Molti dei migliori ristoranti sono a pochi passi, la super cool Bree Street, Heritage Square e Cape Quarter sono 5 minuti a piedi. Long Street e il cuore del Bo Kaap 10 minuti a piedi, V&A Waterfront 15 minuti a piedi. Company Gardens, i musei e CTICC 10 minuti a piedi. Per raggiungere le spiagge o la funivia, puoi salire su un autobus MyCiti o prendere un taxi in 10 minuti.

Ho messo insieme una guida completa, (come un mini Lonely Planet !!) per aiutarti a ottenere il massimo dal tuo soggiorno con suggerimenti e consigli su cosa fare / dove mangiare, ecc. Posso anche metterti in contatto con un'eccellente guida privata se desideri fare alcuni tour (le Winelands e Cape Peninsula via Cape Point sono un must !!) Con un facile accesso alle principali autostrade, sarai in 20 minuti all'aeroporto e 35 minuti nel cuore delle Winelands.

Beautiful view and a cozy apartment

Really loved this space. The view is spectacular, the layout is cool, the location is close to everything. Just a great spot. The washer /dryer didn’t dry but there was a drying rack so it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay there again.

Stunning is an understatement

Waking up to views of table mountain. Everything is within walking distance! The apartment itself is spacious and fully self- contained. Claire was really helpful and responded quickly to our queries.

fantastischer Aufenthalt

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Kapstadt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Tafelberg ist einfach grandios. Claire hat 2 große Mappen mit hilfreichen Tipps zusammengestellt. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Kapstadt ist das Apartment unsere erste Wahl.

Brilliant place to stay

It is exactly as it looks on the website, beautiful view of the mountain. The apartment has everything required for a holiday stay. Ideally situated for the hop on off bus, which is a ten minutes walkaway, twenty five minutes easy walk to the Waterfront. Supermarket and beer/wine store across the road. Claire has been really helpful, plus all the information needed about the area and apartment has been provided. Can't fault it, enjoy your stay!

Excellent Cape Town apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Claire’s apartment - ideal for my wife & I visiting Cape Town for the first time (hopefully we can return at some future time). Similar to other reviews posted, communication with Claire was simple & very helpful throughout. Good location if catering for yourself, supermarket (Pick n Pay) together with well stocked wine/beer merchant (Bar Keeper) located directly across road. We walked within CT during daylight hours, however definitely recommend using Uber in evenings if planning to head out to restaurants etc. We used CitySightseeing multi-day bus tickets which were great value. Building security helpful & available parking within apartment block a great bonus.

Uitstekende locatie!

Heerlijk appartement met goede bedden en uitzicht op de tafelberg! Veel tips over restaurants en bars aanwezig in het apartement! Ingang zit op Rose Street en omdat wij Strand street hadden opgekregen, lastig te vinden. Parking prima en prettig verblijf! Ontbijten bij "Truth" om de hoek was geweldig.

Excellent Apartment

This really does look like the photos. You do get fabulous view of Table Mountain and its table cloth. Clair is very responsive as a host and the apartment is excellently well maintained. It is very secure and within easy reach of the facilities if you are comfortable walking...or 5 minutes in an Uber taxi. We really enjoyed Charles's cafe for breakfast which is 3 minutes walk...Clair's recommendations are worth wading through and taking note of.

Top Loft in Capetown

Wir haben 4 wunderbare Tage im Loft verbracht. Es ist super ausgestattet, für 2 Personen geräumig groß und der Blick auf den Tafelberg und sogar einige der Bo-Kaap Häuser ist super. Durch die Lage im CBD ist es am Abend leider etwas weiter bis zu den Restaurants / Kneipen. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist in eine sicheren Viertel und wird zusätzlich 24h überwacht.Von der Tiefgarage aus kann man direkt in die Wohnung.Vis a Vis hat es einen supermarkt wo man einkaufen kann.Zur Waterfront kann man laufeb,wir haben jedoch immer das Auto genommen da wir erst im dunklen zurück kamen.Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist speziell,einzig der etwas längere weg zur toilette war nachts für mich ein wenig mühsam.wohnung ist aber definitiv weiterzu empfehlen.

Nice Cape Town Apt.

I enjoyed my recent stay at this property. It has a great view of Table Mountain, and was very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of local wine was also an appreciated extra. One thing I didn't expect was that the bathroom and bedroom are on different floors. This was not obvious from the otherwise accurate photos. While this wasn't a big problem, I think potential visitors should know this before booking. As for the location, it was satisfactory but not exactly in the heart of the tourist streets making walking to/from restaurants not convenient. My contacts with the owner were easy and most helpful. I would recommend this apartment to travelers looking for a nice, clean place in Cape Town, as long as they realize that walking to places is not recommended after dark.

We loved our Oasis in Bo-Kaap Great amenities and lovely home and views ! We found close by great shopping, restaurants and near by to everything!! Lovely comfy King bed in the loft was so quiet !!

Enjoyed our stay

Claire’s apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a view of Table Mountain but unfortunately the view is dominated mostly by the large building across the street. The upstairs bedroom is very comfortable with a king size bed and beautiful linens but the lack of an upstairs bathroom can prove difficult if you have to get up during the night. The location is very good considering we walked to the Victoria and Albert dock and a Pick N Pay grocery store was across the street. We enjoyed our morning coffee at a Seattle Coffee shop on the street below us. Claire was very easy to correspond with and left us a lovely and welcoming bottle of wine. All in all a great place to spend a few days in Cape Town. We would highly recommend.

Great Capetown condo

This was a great place for us to spend a few days upon our arrival to SA. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in getting us settled, parking the car, and familiarizing us with the neighborhood. We really appreciated the warm welcome! We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and walking distance grocery.

Perfect location, easy communication and safe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony is amazing. The property is clean and has everything you need during your stay. It is also feels safe as there is security and it has a secure car park. Claire was so easy to communicate with as she was quick to respond to messages. She offered so many useful tips and suggestions about where to eat, drink and what to do. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Cape Town.

Fantastic location and Views of Table Mountain

We stayed 2 weeks at this apartment. The apartment is well equipped and has all amenities needed - Claire has also provided a wealth of information on things to do, where to eat and explore. The view of Table Mountain is amazing. The location means you can walk to most places within Cape Town. Secure parking if you have a car. Highly recommended.
