Built to European standards, the apartment features hot-water underfloor heating, large windows and doors with double-glazing, insulated walls and ceilings, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable living environment in both summer and winter.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, high-quality, modern, and fully equipped, and can accommodate 2 people. In addition to the sleeping area (double bed), there is a TV lounge as well as a small built-in kitchen with an induction stove, refrigerator, and freezer, etc., a dining table, and a built-in desk. The spacious built-in closets provide ample room to easily store your clothing and luggage. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned once a week, including a change of bed linens and towels. Additional laundry services for travel clothes can be arranged through a local laundry service.
