Location close to water in downtown Summerside is great. Breakfast was included each morning. There's an indoor pool. Room was large. Only minor complaint was the room phone didn't work.

This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The first room stunk of fecal matter and the lock didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The second room was filthy.
