“Except for the following: 1. On route, we called the front desk and they could not confirm our booking, we had to send a mail then after a hour they confirmed . In the meantime, my family was panicking driving there for almost 6 hours without confirmation 2. The bathroom light was not working , had to call maintenance 3. “The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The area for me wasn’t safe. There’s no secured parking, the cars park outside in front of the shops, even though there’s cameras but it’s on the main road and it’s a busy road. There’s no WFI also.”
