“This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Listening to the waves crash against the shore was soothing. Our bed came with three blankets which I thought was a little odd, but during the night it became a little chilly and I was happy to have the extra blankets. “We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . “Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away....

“Magnificent view of the sea and walk to the beach. The property is right on the beach. But the bed in room 8 was far too short. Lying on the bed my feet were 30cm over the end of the bed. It was even too short for my wife. Lounge and breakfast area are great with view over the wild sea”
