“We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . “Mont Eco Game Resort is wonderful. From the moment we arrived, to be greeted by African drummers to the moment we left, we were spoiled. The individual lodges are fabulous, with large comfortable rooms. Our guide was brilliant, getting us as close as possible to the animals and explaining everything with great humour. All the meals were included in the price and the food was excellent.”

“ No views at all unless you class a brick wall as a view. Property perfunctory and more like a backpackers place. Very noisy due to some exuberant neighbours. Staircase creased and fridge kept going off and on during the night. Most disappointing was the TV. Tho it had every channel under the sun apparently, including DSTV none of it was accessible unless you brought your own streaming access!”

“Gorgeous estate about an hour from Capetown. Top of the line amenities, lodging and excellent restaurants. Sunset views, vineyards and mountains. Staff was very well trained and no nickel and diming . Quiet and peaceful stay after a few hectic days in Capetown. Highly recommend. ”

“Sehr besonderes Game Reserve, man muss allerdings eine ca 1,5h Anfahrt über eine eher schlechte Schottterpiste berücksichtigen. Tolle Pirschfahrten! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Essen könnte allerdings besser sein - vor allem der „Tapas“ Abend, wo man keine Speisen selbst auswählen konnte, war leider enttäuschend. ”
