Accommodation :
The property, overlooking the vineyards, is situated on the edge of the village of Capendu, in the Corbières, at the foot of the Montagne d'Alaric, with views of the Montagne Noire and the Minervois. Independent access by a staircase of 6 steps leading to a private terrace of 45 m² with "plancha" corner and nice view of the surrounding countryside.
You will be welcomed on site by the owners who live on the ground floor of the house and speak French, English and German.

- All shopping areas and supermarkets within 12 km.
- Less than a kilometre away there are two restaurants and a complete range of medical services: pharmacy, doctor's surgery, physiotherapist, nurses
- Carcassonne hospital is 15 minutes away.

Security:
- The house is under alarm and video surveillance. The privacy of the guests is of course respected.
- Part of the garden is on a slope and is not fenced. The presence of thorny plants (prickly pears for example) can present a risk for young children, who must therefore remain under the constant supervision of parents.
- The departmental safety regulations prohibit fires in summer.
- The use of the pool is not allowed at night.
