Hotel vicino a Capital Health System - Trenton

“Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.”

“Stayed in room 110 which shouldn’t even be there because it’s the noisiest spot and I heard foot traffic coming in and out all night and into the morning ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “Arrived at 3pm, room was not ready which was fine. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes (10 feet from the front desk). Finally went back to the desk and asked how much longer it would be. I was then told by the lady who initially told me the room was not ready that all rooms were ready. I asked if someone was going to let me know that as I was sitting waiting for 40 minutes right in front of her. To which she replied that she had others to check in while I waited. Not a great start to the experience....

“We stayed one night. My wife was surprised that there wasn't a hair dryer provided many chains provide them. Not a big deal. The lighting in the room was dim. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. Alisha helped us big time with a noise neighbor playing music at 11pm. Thank you. Other then those small issues I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.”

“The property is pretty old. The curtains were tattered and the bathtub mat was falling apart. The in room refrigerator was broken. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean. The facility needs some updating. There were nice places to eat nearby and it was very close to Nassau St. in Princeton.”
