Il delizioso Capitola Sea Spray �� l'unità sul retro di una residenza cittadina a due unità, situata nel cuore pulsante del sereno e surf-centrico Capitola, a solo un isolato dalla spiaggia!

La residenza cittadina si trova nel villaggio di Capitola e il suo pittoresco molo, i suoi affascinanti negozi, i ristoranti pluripremiati e i pub assortiti, a breve distanza dai centri commerciali e dai servizi di 41st Ave!

Capitola è una cittadina storica e suggestiva cittadina costiera con molti spot di surf, boutique e una moltitudine di negozi commerciali e di intrattenimento per grandi e piccini. La città è fiorente ma conserva il suo carattere caratteristico e caratteristico, amato dalle famiglie, dai cani e dai surfisti.

L'intera planimetria si trova al secondo piano sopra il tuo parcheggio privato.

Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano per tutti gli usi che si trasforma in un letto queen-size più un divano aggiuntivo. Il centro di intrattenimento comprende una grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo. La porta scorrevole conduce a un piccolo patio con sedie e barbecue grill.

This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend with Daughter and Granddaughter

Very nice unit and location for our needs. It’s was comfortable and very clean. I had some trouble with the door and Surf City responded to my texts immediately! Hoping to make this a yearly visit!

great little beach house perfect location

the only negative would be no view, but it's got the amenities we need, the perfect location and in Capitola the parking spot is worth it's weight in gold. 2nd year staying here and I anticipate I will try to book for next year as well.

great location steps from the beach

Very clean, convenient, great location downtown. Well appointed Kitchen, Big Garage with 2 parking spots rare for Capitola appreciate the washer dryer. Stayed here with my teen daughters and two of their friends. Had a great time. There are no views from unit B but there is a balcony where you can sit outside and bbq and have some cocktails.

Great location

We stayed for the Mermaid Triatjlon and the location just could not be beat. As a family, there was east access to the beach and restaurants. As a triathlete, access to the transition zone was about two minutes away. Having the protected garage access was amazing, as parking downtown can get congested. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great Location close to Restaurants, Shopping and Beach

This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed gadgets. The bedrooms were in the back of the property, so they were quiet. The garage provides two parking spots, which is great because parking is limited on this one way street. Something not mentioned in the listing is that there are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Perfect with the beach a short walk away!

Great for our short stay!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days during a longer vacation. We were happy to discover that the apartment was spacious given its location in the heart of Capitola Village. It had all the basic necessities (beach towels and umbrella, lots of extra sheets/towels/pillows, pantry basics, shampoo/conditioner) for vacation rental which was really nice. Every morning I would take a walk to Mr Toots Coffeehouse with my daughter and we would sit ocean gazing on the esplanade. You could easily make a day of just staying in Capitola but often we went elsewhere earlier in the day and spend the late afternoon/early evening at Capitola Beach because it was so convenient and one of the best beaches for kids. Beds were comfortable and noise from the village on the weekends was minimal. The 2 parking spots was also key for a village rental, otherwise you'd never find parking. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the following: the tub had a loud drip the entire time and the pillows were not the comfiest. They did send a plumber to try and fix the drip but turned out it couldn't be fixed during our stay. Also, it is in the heart of the village, which gets very crowded and traffic-laden during the summer. Great for people who don't mind/want that vibe but a little annoying if you're looking for seaside tranquility. You also get exposure to some classic Capitola characters that may be unwanted (e.g. group of locals drinking and hanging around their truck across the street everyday). But again, nothing out of the ordinary for this area and nothing egregious. Truly a great spot if you want to be blocks from the beach.

Cute place, GREAT location!

I selected this property because it was cute, had lots of light, and was close to downtown. I don't think you will find a greater location than this as the building literally sits right behind the shops on Capitola Ave. So you are steps away from shopping and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place itself was small in square footage but felt much bigger due to the layout - the 6 of us didn't feel like we were in each other's way. Use of the garage was a huge bonus. My only complaint is that the outside light by the front door does not turn off (or I couldn't find the switch) so there is light that comes through the curtains all night. This is only an issue if you are sleeping on the pull-out couch of course and are light-sensitive when you sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Capitola.
