B&B a Caposile

“Excellent location, close to shops, grocery, dining, and most importantly the Water Bus. While in a busy/loud corridor, closing the shutters and windows drowned out nearly all sound. Small room, but generous sized bathroom. We had speedy WiFi, and access to fresh filtered water in the “kitchen” across the hall. We were only disappointed in the lack of coffee in the morning, but didn’t mind much as we could walk down the street to a cafe on the water. The “air conditioning” would not go below...

“+very nice location, building, garden and room. Spacious bathroom and big bed. Delicious breakfast - free parking promised in the reservation : when we arrived we were advised to take the car further away and look for free parking areas in town. Then second day they managed to find us a space in the another properties yard across the street. So it is not exactly free easy parking on site as I thought it would be. May be my mistake. ”

“Accogliente e romantica , comoda e caratteristica . Raccomandata assolutamente !”

“Beautiful place”

“Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Splendida location, Centrale pulita, confortevole. Host simpatico e disponibile. Niente di meglio a Venezia. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno da loro. ”

“We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square. Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. We collected our room security code from the front desk of their sister hotel (Ca Dei Dogi), about 1 minute walk away. The gentleman there was very polite, helpful and professional. Every day our room was cleaned to a very high standard but the lady we saw in our building. A big thank you to her. Our...

“We stayed here the night before our cruise. The biggest advantage was its accessibility to the Number 5 bus stop. It was only a block from the bus stop and the bus runs very regularly. The next morning we took the bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice and then went to the cruise terminal. That part was pretty painless and inexpensive, as was the rental. The bed was big for European standards and comfortable. And the food at the Hilton Garden Inn was pretty good. On the negative side, there was no...

“La struttura è situata in una zona strategica di Venezia, a circa 10 minuti da piazza San Marco. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, Andrea è stato molto cortese e disponibile già prima del nostro arrivo, la pulizia della camera era impeccabile e la stanza confortevole e ben arredata. Comodo il self check-in in caso di ritardo. Ottima struttura, per lunghi e brevi periodi di permanenza a Venezia! Consigliatissima.”

“Habitación limpia y cómoda. Buen servicio.”
