“We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. Grüner Sand met all of our expectations and we intend to stay there again during our next visit to Germany.”

“Value for the money ratio - 3.3 out of 5 Pros Clean, good breakfast options, have sauna/steam room. Cons Check in lady at nightshirt did not speak English and was not happy me booking with Expedia - not direct with hotel. Price for 1person - 130eur, price for two people - 176eur. I am Hilton Gold Member and I pay 130eur for two peole at 4star hotel (no Hilton hotels nearby hence me booking with this property). Overall, if no other option available, this is good back up option at slight higher...

“Zimmer war leider "Eiskalt" und wurde auch nicht wirklich warm zum wohlfühlen. Die Heizung im Badezimmer war auch defekt. Zu guter letzt war das Früchstück sehr überschaubar. Für all das war der Zimmerpreis nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotz allem war der Hotelwirt freundlich und zuvorkommend.”
