Absolute Ocean Front Home at Sea Level Hale Hokulani "La casa della stella celeste

Absolute Ocean Front Home che non si trova su una scogliera ma si trova a pochi metri sopra il livello del mare sulla riparata baia di PaPa. A causa di questa eccezionale topografia e elevazione, ci si trova appena sopra la linea di galleggiamento ea pochi passi dalla camminata verso l'acqua. Inoltre un minuto a piedi è un punto di accesso pubblico nella Baia dove i kayak sono posizionati in modo sicuro nell'acqua e ci sono scale fatte a mano e scale metalliche per l'accesso all'oceano più facile e sicuro per nuotatori, snorkelisti e subacquei. Si prega di fare riferimento alle nostre foto per un migliore apprezzamento della nostra posizione sull'Oceano. A parte la splendida posizione sull'oceano e l'accesso a questa casa, si tratta di una casa in cemento di nuova costruzione progettata per soddisfare e superare tutti i più recenti codici di sicurezza e costruzione. Si tratta di una casa 2 camere da letto con la camera da letto principale con un letto king size della California. Questa camera ha una serie di 12 piedi di porte scorrevoli in vetro direttamente di fronte all'oceano. La seconda camera è stata progettata per una sala TV combinata, un'area di lavoro su Internet e una camera da letto con divano letto queen-size. Questa camera ha una grande finestra di 6 piedi x 4 piedi per la vista sull'oceano, oltre a un'altra finestra di 6 piedi x 2 piedi per le viste sulle montagne. La casa dispone di 7 porte scorrevoli in vetro separate per capitalizzare la sua splendida vista sull'oceano. Questa casa ha appena superato l'ispezione finale, quindi tutti gli elettrodomestici come il grande frigorifero, la stufa, il microonde, la lavatrice / asciugatrice ecc. E l'arredamento sono nuovi di zecca. Gli armadi della cucina sono stati progettati e costruiti appositamente per la casa.

Incredible stay! Right on the water. Was able to listen to the waves all night long with the doors open while feeling completely safe. Dan was so kind and informative. He was even willing to help with car problems at 6am so that I could make my flight. The location is perfect if you want a quiet spot away from all the tourist traps while staying in a friendly, safe, and welcoming community. Will be my go to spot when I come back.

It’s a perfect place to get away and just relax. it was a Super Safe Neighborhood lots of other families around enjoying the island. The location was great between Kona and Hilo and not a far drive to Black Sand Beach and the Volcano.

Choosing this house to stay was by far the best decision we made for our Hawaii vacation. The host was so nice and gave the most thorough information and advise on visiting his home and the surrounding areas. The home itself was so nice, it was very open with high ceilings and 6 sliding doors that allowed the smell and sounds of the ocean move through the spaces. The poured floor that goes through the whole house is breathtaking. Being right beside the ocean was exactly what we needed to relax. We spent mutiple days hanging at the house and visiting the local beaches/tidepools just down the road. We ended up having the beach areas all to ourselves. I highly recommend this home and the host to anyone who is looking for a unique and memorable Hawaiian adventure.

No shops nearby, but the peacefulness of the area was wonderful. Had to drive a bit to get to places but then the island is big and you do have to drive more. Saw areas i had never seen before and the beautiful overlooks from Kona Joes and another coffee shop were breathtaking.This house was on the ocean and we had beautiful sunsets every night, so peaceful sitting there by the ocean with the waves, I loved it.Thank you for sharing your home!

We loved this house and the area. We got to travel around the entire Island and were able to come home to this quiet peaceful oasis. Falling asleep to the waves was incredible. Owner was so helpful and his communication is flawless! We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing views and beautiful place!!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The house was truly beautiful, had everything we needed, and had amazing oceanfront views! Dan was phenomenal before, during, and after our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. If we ever come back, we will be staying here again!

Great place to unwind!

12 glorious days of sun, fishing, utter relaxation, and an 800 foot lava fountain to put the cherry on top! Hale Hokulani was equipped with everything we needed. View is breathtaking & the hubby enjoyed catching our dinner right outside. All the sliding glass doors and ceiling fans keeps the house nice and cool. There was an internet outage that covered a large portion of the island and Daniel was great about keeping us updated on the status. You are about an hour from Kona & two hours from Hilo. Perfect if you want to do some day trips. Besides the lava tower, watching our niece's halau win top honors at Merrie Monarch made the trip priceless! Mahalo Daniel, we will be back. Aloha, A Hui Hou!

Amazing Stay with Stunning Ocean Views

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO rental, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Truly on the Edge of the Ocean

Comfortable and spacious lodging. Perfect for ending our month-long visit to the Big Island. The sounds of the waves was hypnotic. I needed internet to teach and, despite the remote area, was teaching kids on the mainland. You need to be a bit rwith all my tech.

Beautiful Spot Away from the City

The location of this house on the lava rock cliffs overlooking the ocean is amazing. The sound of the waves day/night, and the beautiful blue water is something we enjoyed every day. The location is a bit (45 minutes) out of Kona, so if you don't want to drive much, this probably isn't for you. We enjoyed the winding drive in and out of the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. The house is nice with lots of little perks (spices, ample outdoor seating, etc.). The furnishings aren't fancy but are fine. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a quaint, lovely place on the ocean, we would definitely recommend this rental.

Daniel is very helpful with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and other activities. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary and the house was in a laid back area with great ocean and shorelines visuals that we enjoyed immensely.

This house was very comfortable and clean. The location right next to the ocean, listening and watching the waves crash against the rocks was wonderful. The owner was great and very helpful when we asked, always responded to any question.

I'd want to live here

Just what we were looking for. If you want to just relax and enjoy staying at a wonderful spot, this is it. Our host was very helpful and gave us good info on close by water and beach access. We brought our kayak with us and enjoyed the ocean without having to go very far. Would definitely stay here again. any real distance from the house.

So relaxing

Loved the house. The neighborhood is so quiet, we saw a few people walking in morning or evening but other wise didn’t see or hear anybody. It is amazing to open all the doors and windows and sleep to the sound of the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful from the back porch. It is best to stock up on groceries in Kona, there is small stores within 10 minutes but the prices are higher, they do have just about everything you would need. We got some water 1st day at store but then refilled the water jugs provided, the water you get at fill stations taste good. The house was well stocked with basic salt,pepper, coffee filters, small cooler and then odds and ends people have left. We enjoyed just sitting on back porch enjoying the quiet. My husband fished off the rocks and caught quite a few little fish. He snorkeled in front of the house and saw a lot of fish. We went to the park by the house and walked into the beach. It is short hike and only us and another couple on beach all day. We explored a lot of beaches on south end and most were less crowded, you have to hike a little less than a mile for some but payoff is no one there. The road down is curvy but we didn’t find it bad, even drove it at night and it was fine. House is very easy to locate. Enjoyed talking to owner he was very nice and was there for anything we needed. Excellent place for relaxing and will stay here again.

Tolles, sauberes Haus mit direktem Meerblick

Aloha, Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter Dan ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Egal welches Problem ihr habt, er wird für euch da sein und sein Bestes versuchen. Er wird euch vor dem Ankommen alle wichtigen Tipps geben, nehmt euch die Zeit und lest es in Ruhe durch, es kann euch eine Menge Stress ersparen. Es ist ein sehr dörfliches Umfeld, ein sicherer Zugang zum Meer ( mit Kindern) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (Milolii Beach Park) oder etwas weiter zu Fuß der Honomalino Beach. Das Haus und die Umgebung strahlen sehr viel Ruhe aus und sind ein guter Kontrast zu Oahu/ Honolulu.

Wonderful experience

We were looking for someplace away from the crowds that was peaceful and quiet and that’s exactly what we found at this property. On the water edge with access to snorkeling just down the road. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet, which was wonderful. The host was easily accessible and provided plenty even information about the house and the area.
