“Bonjour, Je souhaite partager ma déception concernant ma réservation dans votre établissement. À l’arrivée, j’ai apprécié le bonjour d’une personne à l’entrée, mais dès l’enregistrement, j’ai constaté l’absence de véritable réception et de professionnalisme. L’expérience a vite confirmé un grand décalage entre vos photos et la réalité. La chambre présentait de l’humidité sur les murs, une odeur désagréable, des draps sales dont un rangé souillé dans le placard, et même des cafards morts au sol....

“Everything about the stay was amazing! From the all-star staff to the spotless villa, I was beyond impressed with the quality of the resort (villa, grounds, food, staff, service, etc) for the money. The included breakfast was to die for... definitely get the pancakes! If back in Sideman, I will be at Pelangi. ”
