Staff were helpful and kind to even the rudest person! The ice machine was broken on 2 floors in our wing . The , desk guys assisted me with a smile! To get ice for our room. Our rooms were clean and smelled refreshing ! 2nd day had problems with-cold shower.! I also want my linen, towels changed ...

The staff friendly and courteous. Facility is just old and tired. Everything from carpet to tile to plumbing to furniture just tired. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but all were booked up. This was just okay.

Great stay, but the hotel was under construction while we were there, which kind of changed the ‘“comfort” vibe, but overall a great stay. Just beware that you’ll have to maneuver around ladders and construction workers. Lastly, the layout of the room was a little odd. The bathroom was tiny, so hard ...
