A delicious lunch can be enjoyed at the picnic table, or a cozy sunset firepit with the cool ocean breeze is a great way to end a day of beach fun and sun.

You're just minutes from Seaside Market, world-renowned surf spots like Cardiff Beach, a variety of fun bars and restaurants along the the famous 101, and plenty of hiking, yoga, and wellness activities. This is the ultimate getaway for surfers, beach lovers, and groups seeking a mix of adventure, fun and wellness.

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a temperature-controlled Eight Sleep mattress that adjusts each night to your preferred settings. Step outside to your private deck and wake up to a lovely garden view.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and overlooks the front yard garden.

The third bedroom is currently set up as an office—perfect for working professionals—but can be converted into a guest bedroom with a queen-sized pullout bed. This room also enjoys views of the front yard garden.

All bedrooms are equipped with closets and integrated storage systems for easy organization during your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Additional high-end appliances include: Rice cooker, Pressure cooker, Immersion blender, Professional-grade juicer and blender, Breville espresso machine and French press, High-end burr grinder

A recently remodeled, converted garage serves as a multi-use space—it can function as a kids' playroom, a second workspace, a cozy living room with a TV, or an exercise room. It includes: Peloton bike with shoes (Women’s 6.5, Men’s 11) and subscription, Weights, kettlebells, and barbell with plates.

The home is also equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience.
