-There are two outdoor security cameras. One facing the front door, and one overlooking the pool area.
- A fourth bed is available. It is a queen-size air mattress. Bedding is provided for this bed.
- The pool is not heated. The hot tub heat is great!
- This property does NOT have AC.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There is a casita that has a separate entrance from the house that may have a guest. This casita is completely separate from this listing and has no access to the house or the backyard area. They are independent units and private from one another.

Great space, comfortable, great communication and good spot for getting to all the beaches and fun things we wanted to do! Stayed with elderly parents who needed accessibility for a wheelchair and this place worked really well.
