The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential building.



You enter into a spacious and welcoming living area, combining a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge.



The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a toilet.



The 9 m² bedroom is equipped with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe.



From the living room, large glass doors provide direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny moments.



Guest Access:

You have full private access to the apartment, with a separate entrance and all amenities and facilities entirely at your disposal.



The Neighborhood:

The Duplex des Arcades enjoys a convenient location, whether you arrive by train or by car. Carentan train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, while several free parking options are available nearby. Getting to the apartment is therefore easy and straightforward, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.



Located in the heart of Carentan, the apartment puts you within easy reach of everything the town centre has to offer, without needing to use your car for everyday activities. Restaurants, shops and local services are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a meal, pick up essentials or simply experience the atmosphere of the town.



History and heritage enthusiasts can explore Carentan’s historic centre and its architectural landmarks on foot. If you wish to discover the history of D-Day, the main landing beaches and historic sites of the Cotentin area are also easily accessible by car from Carentan.
