“Hotel was 1st class. A real little gem. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner were a delight,good was fresh and plentiful, replenished every when items got low. Bucks fizz for breakfast and the coffee was so good Staff in dinning room were so helpful and attentive and kept the restaurant in tip top. Gabriela the duty manager was so professional and helpful, always greeted guests with a smile. This hotel is a must so near beach and a 10 mins...

“There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again...
